One of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The host was incredibly welcoming, communicative, and helpful, offering great local tips and thoughtful touches like a welcome note and snacks. The home was spotless, stylish, and fully equipped—from a comfy bed and soft linens to a well-stocked kitchen. We especially loved the cozy living area and peaceful ambiance. Location was ideal: quiet, safe, and close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Every detail was carefully thought out, from fast Wi-Fi to clear instructions and labeled amenities. It truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to cleanliness and guest comfort was outstanding. We were so impressed by how much care went into making our stay perfect. Sehr gut gelegene Unterkunft außerhalb von Paris. In 15 Minuten ist der RER-Bahnhof erreichbar und man ist nach 20 Minuten Fahrt im Herzen der Stadt. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin ist schnell und unkompliziert, die Unterkunft (vor allem die Küche) sehr gut ausgestattet und das Bad modern. Für Paris-Aufenthalte, bei denen man das Auto stehen lassen möchte ohne teure bewachte Plätze suchen zu müssen, ist die Unterkunft perfekt geeignet.

The townhome was perfect for my family of four. We could all spread out on the three levels. The place was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed eating at restaurants a short walk from the townhome. There are grocery stores nearby as well. We took the metro all over Paris and had a very enjoyable trip! The host was super communicative and allowed us to leave our bags there before checkin. We are very happy with our choice and would stay there again. Merci !!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour malgré la météo qui nous a empêché de profiter de la jouissance du jardin. Le logement était parfait pour ce que nous recherchions, petite maisonnette propre et agréable pour un court passage. Je recommande à 100%, il y a également innovation bon rapport qualité prix. Je reviendrai sans hésiter.

This is my second time to come. It’s very convenient and easy to have my own space. The only thing is a little hot because no cold air conditioner.

wunderschönes kleines Haus am Rand von Paris, insbesondere mit Hund perfekt! Ein tolles Restaurant fußläufig in der Nähe, ebenso die Metro. wir kommen gerne wieder!

Nuestra estancia en el alojamiento de Sandrine ha sido perfecta. La zona es muy tranquila, ideal para descansar, y el alojamiento estaba impecable, muy limpio y bien cuidado. Todo estaba tal como se describe, y nos hemos sentido muy a gusto. ¡Repetiríamos sin dudar!

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. It's so tempting to not give this place the review it deserves because I want it to be available for all my future visits to Paris, but Anne & Jean-Luc absolutely deserve all the accolades. This apartment is the quintessential Parisienne apartment you always imagined living it. Tucked away and quite but convenient to everything you want to see. Well appointed including decor imbued with family and building history but without feeling fragile or cluttered. Anne was incredibly responsive and accommodating. She offered luggage storage and provided her own family items to make sure my toddler felt at home. We truly felt at home, and my group regularly proclaimed it our favorite AirBNB we'd ever stayed at--we're already looking forward to future stays here. Thank you, Anne & Jean-Luc for the magical experience.

Maison bien adaptée à des groupes car beaucoup de chambres , ce qui est agréable. Le quartier est calme et il y a quelques commerces à proximité ce qui est très appréciable. Nous avons passé un bon moment chez Olivier

J'ai été très satisfait de mon séjour dans ce logement. L'appartement était conforme à la description et très propre. L'arrivée et le départ se sont déroulés sans aucun problème. Je recommande vivement cette location pour son excellent rapport qualité-prix. N'hésitez pas à réserver, vous ne serez pas déçu.

Hote très sympathique, les services proposés sont tres satisfaisant, le logement est certes petit mais fonctionneel et nous a convenu parfaitement pour la nuit que nous y avons passé, environnement calme

Très bonne qualité d'accueil, logement spacieux, propre, tout confort et bien aménagé avec un accès très simple et rapide au métro, ligne directe pour se rendre au coeur de Paris. un extérieur vraiment très agréable . J'y retournerai avec grand plaisir. je recommande.

Appartement au 8éme étage avec ascenseur. Proche de deux stations de métro ligne 11 et d’un arrêt de tram. Le quartier est très sympa, beaucoup de commerces à 5 min de marche. C’est vrai que la salle de bain est petite il faut enjamber la douche pour aller aux toilettes mais ça ne m’a pas gêné. Il y a beaucoup de lumière dans l’appartement et surtout.. c’est très très calme et reposant car il donne sur cour. Super expérience !

I highly recommend this place. It’s in a great neighbourhood, surrounded by some of the best restaurants and pubs. Also many parking places near by if you don’t want to park your car on the streets .

I had a wonderful stay at this beautifully designed Airbnb! The space was stylish, comfortable, and very well thought out. The location was excellent—close to everything and just a short walk from a peaceful river, which made for such a relaxing atmosphere. The amenities were great, from the fully equipped kitchen to the cozy furnishings. The only small hiccup was that I had a bit of trouble getting in touch when checking out, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. I’d definitely love to stay here again!

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Die Lage war prima - ruhig und direkt an der Metro-Station, sodass man schnell und einfach in der Innenstadt war. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt.

Appartement très agréable à vivre au centre de tout. Vraiment à deux pas du métro et d’une foule de restos sympas. Vie de quartier très agréable. La literie était de bonne qualité. Douche agréable et très propre. Cuisiné bien équipée.
