Our house, where we will hand over the key with the understanding of "your house", is a Greek House that is a Protected Cultural Property located in the Urban Site. All the items in our Stone house, whose historical texture is protected from deterioration, are also items with historical past and story. Upstairs, we can easily host two families in our house, which has a dining room and living room downstairs with a fireplace and a living room. You will feel yourself in the open air museum on the historical streets of Ayvalık.

Είναι καινούριο, σύγχρονο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με θέα την παραλία που βρίσκεται ακριβώς μπροστά από το σπίτι. Παρέχει πρόσβαση σε Wi-Fi. Το σπίτι διαθέτει συνολικά 2 διπλά κρεβάτια και 1 μονό κρεβάτι-καναπέ. Το ένα διπλό κρεβάτι βρίσκεται στο υπνοδωμάτιο, το δεύτερο βρίσκεται στην σοφίτα που ανεβαίνεις από την σκάλα και το μονό κρεβάτι-καναπές βρίσκεται στο σαλόνι, όπως ακριβώς φαίνονται και στις φωτογραφίες. Είναι μπροστά στην παραλία του Ταβαρίου. Έχει μεγάλη βεράντα με θέα την παραλία.

Tastefully renovated historical building located at the center of Ayvalik with a peaceful garden and indoor fireplace. Small restaurants, pubs and public transportation are in 2 min walking distance. The place is a seperate building with it's own kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. If you would like to make a reservation for 3 or more, contact us and we can open the next building for you as well! Ayvacık Sazlı köyünde olan, taş evimizin restorasyonu 8 yıl önce tamamlandı. Yeni dekore ettiğimiz evimizin, üst katını misafirlerimize açtık, alt katta eşim ve ben yasiyoruz. 6 kişinin rahatlıkla konaklayabileceği, Midilli adaları, full dağ ve deniz manzarası ile köyümüzün güzelliklerini yaşayın. Büyük bahçesi ve doğanın tüm sesleri ve renkleri size eşlik edecek. Assos liman, tarihi Behramkale'ye yalnızca bir kaç km uzaklıktadır. Küçükkuyu´ya aracınız ile 20 dak. ulaşabilirsiniz.

Athina's place is a charming petit stone house perfect for 2 travelers, located in the center of the village of Petra, just opposite the beautiful church and just 100 meters from the sea. The apartment has one attic cosy bedroom, one bathroom, common space for kitchen - living room and a balcony with close view of the church.
