Beachfront holiday rental in Paralia Koum Κapi

What better way to start a holiday by drinking a complimentary wine on a balcony with amazing views of the port. The apartment is close to an array of places to eat and relax . We loved our stay at the apartment and really appreciated being able to stay a few hours past check out to make the most of our last day before catching the plane home. For a couple this is a fantastic place to stay

Kostas muy amable, nos esperaba con un aperitivo y un kuchen increíble! el lugar estaba realmente frente a la playa, podíamos ir y volver caminando. Supermercado y restaurantes muy cerca.

Superbe maison, très bien située , endroit très calme et reposant. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maman de Gregoris nous a très amicalement accueillis et nous a fourni d excellents conseils. Je recommande sans hésiter.

We loved this place. The balcony was very large with a direct view of the sea. There was a natural swimming area in front of the place that was perfect for a dip anytime. The sunsets were amazing. It is close enough to walk to the Chania city center, but a car is recommended to visit the many beaches on the island. Elpida was always available for any guidance that was needed. The place is a gem we hope to visit again!

Absolutely beautiful location, 2 minute walk to the main Old Port area and tons of nice shops in the back streets.

Le logement est magnifique et extrêmement bien équipé. Il ne manque rien (il y a même des pansements 😁). L'accueil est parfait et l'emplacement idéal pour profiter de la ville. Merci pour tout 😉

Great place directly opposite the beach - fantastic if you have toddlers like us. We ended up having dinner at the restaurant next door every day because the kids could play out there while we ate. If you want to visit the most beautiful beaches on Crete, this west coast location is great (though it should be noted that the beach near the house is actually facing north, which means it is thankfully not frequented by tourists). The host is very friendly and willing to help with any issues. The airbnb was very well equipped and prepared for our visit (including items we would not ordinarily expect like fruit, cake, and even a dinner on the first night - though we obviously knew about it based on previous reviews). We would come back here in a heartbeat!

Od momentu rezerwacji wzorowa komunikacja! Wspaniała lokalizacja apartamentów, bez tłumów, z dala od zgiełku miasta. Doskonałe miejsce jak i okolica by poczuć grecką gościnność. Wspaniały widok na morze i góry, przemili gospodarze jak i cały personel. W pokojach czysto , regularna wymiana pościeli ręczników - ogromny plus - wszystko pachnące. Plaża kameralna z boskim widokiem na góry, łagodne zejście do morza, parasole i leżaki bez problemów, czysty basen. Restauracje i tawerny w pobliskim Stavros oferują genialne owoce morza jak i tradycyjne greckie i kreteńskie dania. Trzymam kciuki by Blue Beach zachowało swój spokojny i kameralny klimat oferowanego wypoczynku, z dala od głośnych kurortów. Dziękujemy za wspaniały pobyt!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful, well-kept, and lovingly furnished place. Everything you need is there. The host was super friendly and gave us some good recommendations for restaurants and the surrounding area. Upon arrival, the fridge was already stocked with drinks, fruit, and other items, so there was no need to go shopping on the day of our arrival. It was a perfect stay, and we would love to come back.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub Die Ferienwohnung war super gemütlich mit tollem Meerblick. Manolis war immer verfügbar und hatte hilfreiche Tips Strand mit Schatten in 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Nette Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft. Nach Chania zum venezianischen Schafen läuft man in 15-20 Minuten

Beautiful villa in a great location. If your are stunned by the pictures, you sure will be stunned by the villa itself - it is simply a gem. It lies at the top of a hill overlooking Kissamos. If you don’t mind a short, steep walk, you can even reach the town (and a supermarket) per foot. If there is anything to criticize then it is the kitchen equipment - a few more big bowls for salad etc would be great. Ioannis is a great host, super friendly and helpful. We are definitely coming back.

Amazing location and beautiful, comfortable apartment. Well maintained and didn't overheat in the Crete sun. Would definitely stay here again.

This little villa was the perfect find for us! On a beautiful little cove with a beach across the street, private pool, very quiet and serene—a great hike up to a cave on the adjoining mountain, restaurants and groceries nearby, drivable to many of the islands locales—but even if you only get to nearby Chania, it’s such a charming town and well worth it. Stavros is the most gracious of hosts, very responsive and thoughtful, left us treats, kitchen was well stocked with basics, and he was full of helpful information to make our stay amazing. Wish we’d stayed here longer, honestly!!

This place is absolutely amazing. My wife and I spent our honeymoon at Aikaterinis apartment and we were completely satisfied. The inside provides everything what we needed. The description was absolutely accurate. The fridge is very spacious and there is a freezer as well. We cooked quite a lot therefore this was very helpful for us. The pool outside is very clean and also the temperature was perfect for the hot days in Greece. You can really relax at this place because there is not a lot of tourism at this area on Crete. Also the beach in front of the house is quite nice. We put our hammock under some trees and were watching the sunrise over Paleochora. I can totally recommend this apartment, especially for couples who want some relaxing time and together.

The villa is lovely and has everything you need for a holiday. Clean and well maintained. There was extra cleaning during the week. Great view of the sea and the mountains. The cars passing on the main road, which is 100m below the villa, create a slight noise, but it is not unbearable. Maria is a great host and despite the late evening time of arrival she was waiting for us with a smile. She took care of us all the time and gave us valuable advice. There was a problem with the dishwasher, which was fixed the next day as soon as I informed Maria. We had a great week and would come back again.

Valias place was amazing ! We dealt with her mum Katerina who was super friendly and always on the phone if I needed anything. Perfect location with stunning views of the Venetian port . Everywhere easy to get to. The beach about a 30 min walk and a beautiful one at that. Highly recommend and are looking forward to booking again nxt year 😀

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in Yannis‘ Unterkunft. Das Haus liegt ideal und sehr ruhig, dennoch nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß zum Meer und vielen Cafés und Tavernen entfernt, die gerne auch von Einheimischen besucht werden. In knapp 10 Minuten zu Fuß ist man beim alten venezianischen Hafen mit unzähligen Gassen, Geschäften und Restaurants. Die Bushaltestelle zum Flughafen (ca. 2,50 Euro) ist fußläufig in 5 Min. erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Yannis war immer gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Ein Willkommensgruß mit Obst, Gebäck und einem Likör stand bereit. Schlüsselübergabe problemlos. Ein kleiner Nachteil ist die Hellhörigkeit des Hauses und dass die hübsche Terrasse nur über eines der Zimmer zu begehen ist. Mit etwas Absprache ist das aber kein Problem. Vorteile sind die perfekte Lage, Ausstattung, Größe, Sauberkeit und ein unkomplizierter, netter, stets erreichbarer Gastgeber.

La maison était très charmante ! Idéalement situé à CHANIA !! Des boutiques , des restaurants , le port … tout est à proximité. Cette petite maison a une histoire et ça se ressent. Magnifique séjour !

A perfect apartment for a trip that allows you to park your car right outside and be mobile during the day, and then return and be in the port area 10 mins walk away. The local beach area is worth exploring too. The apartment itself, totally suited our needs, it was functional and very clean. If we had any questions, Giorgos or Andreas were a message away. They are great and hospitable. A highly recommend stay.

We loved our stay at Destino. Our favorite thing about the apartment is the view from the balcony. You can people-watch and watch the sunset, in all its splendor! The apartment is in a prime location. Everything in old town within easy walking distance. There are wonderful restaurants and coffee shops close by. We did not rent a car, but we found plenty to do through tours. We went on boat ride from the Harbor. On other days we were picked up close by the apartment and went to Samaria, Gorge, and Elafonisi beach. Do not hesitate to book Destino. We would definitely want to stay here again next time we are in Chania!

Our stay here was absolutely fantastic! Aggelos is extremely friendly, helpful, and responsive. He provided recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The apartment was spotless when we arrived and had everything we needed for our stay. The place is very close to the downtown area with many shops, restaurants, and bakeries. It was also a quick walk to the bus stop. We could not recommend this place enough!
