Beachfront holiday rental in Paralia Koum Κapi

What better way to start a holiday by drinking a complimentary wine on a balcony with amazing views of the port. The apartment is close to an array of places to eat and relax . We loved our stay at the apartment and really appreciated being able to stay a few hours past check out to make the most of our last day before catching the plane home. For a couple this is a fantastic place to stay

Absolutely beautiful location, 2 minute walk to the main Old Port area and tons of nice shops in the back streets.

Our host Andreas was incredibly helpful and responsive. The apartment itself was located in the perfect location so we could walk everywhere in Chania.

Great place directly opposite the beach - fantastic if you have toddlers like us. We ended up having dinner at the restaurant next door every day because the kids could play out there while we ate. If you want to visit the most beautiful beaches on Crete, this west coast location is great (though it should be noted that the beach near the house is actually facing north, which means it is thankfully not frequented by tourists). The host is very friendly and willing to help with any issues. The airbnb was very well equipped and prepared for our visit (including items we would not ordinarily expect like fruit, cake, and even a dinner on the first night - though we obviously knew about it based on previous reviews). We would come back here in a heartbeat!

The place is so beautiful and clean. The view from the outdoors is nice and peaceful. The scene of sheep eating grass multiple times a day in a small field under the pool is wonderful. (Photo first house) Maria, who showed us around, is so kind and nice.

Exemplary communication from the moment of booking! Great location of apartments, no crowds, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. A great place and neighborhood to feel Greek hospitality. Great views of the sea and mountains, lovely hosts, and all the staff. The rooms are clean , regularly replace the linens - a huge plus - all scented. An intimate beach with divine views of the mountains, a gentle descent to the sea, umbrellas and sun loungers without problems, a clean pool. Restaurants and taverns in nearby Stavros offer brilliant seafood as well as traditional Greek and Cretan dishes. I keep my fingers crossed by Blue Beach to preserve its peaceful and intimate atmosphere of the holiday, away from the loud resorts. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful, well-kept, and lovingly furnished place. Everything you need is there. The host was super friendly and gave us some good recommendations for restaurants and the surrounding area. Upon arrival, the fridge was already stocked with drinks, fruit, and other items, so there was no need to go shopping on the day of our arrival. It was a perfect stay, and we would love to come back.

Beautiful villa in a great location. If your are stunned by the pictures, you sure will be stunned by the villa itself - it is simply a gem. It lies at the top of a hill overlooking Kissamos. If you don’t mind a short, steep walk, you can even reach the town (and a supermarket) per foot. If there is anything to criticize then it is the kitchen equipment - a few more big bowls for salad etc would be great. Ioannis is a great host, super friendly and helpful. We are definitely coming back.

This little villa was the perfect find for us! On a beautiful little cove with a beach across the street, private pool, very quiet and serene—a great hike up to a cave on the adjoining mountain, restaurants and groceries nearby, drivable to many of the islands locales—but even if you only get to nearby Chania, it’s such a charming town and well worth it. Stavros is the most gracious of hosts, very responsive and thoughtful, left us treats, kitchen was well stocked with basics, and he was full of helpful information to make our stay amazing. Wish we’d stayed here longer, honestly!!

This place is absolutely amazing. My wife and I spent our honeymoon at Aikaterinis apartment and we were completely satisfied. The inside provides everything what we needed. The description was absolutely accurate. The fridge is very spacious and there is a freezer as well. We cooked quite a lot therefore this was very helpful for us. The pool outside is very clean and also the temperature was perfect for the hot days in Greece. You can really relax at this place because there is not a lot of tourism at this area on Crete. Also the beach in front of the house is quite nice. We put our hammock under some trees and were watching the sunrise over Paleochora. I can totally recommend this apartment, especially for couples who want some relaxing time and together.

Valias place was amazing ! We dealt with her mum Katerina who was super friendly and always on the phone if I needed anything. Perfect location with stunning views of the Venetian port . Everywhere easy to get to. The beach about a 30 min walk and a beautiful one at that. Highly recommend and are looking forward to booking again nxt year 😀

My partner and I had a fabulous stay here! It is right in the old town so you’re never a long walk from anywhere in Chania. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to use it as a base to explore Chania, or have a chill out as the place itself is lovely!

The house was great !! It's as it is in the photos. It's spotless , in the center everything you need you have next door and it's a very quiet area !! Many thanks to Mr. Manolis for this wonderful opportunity to stay at home and enjoy beautiful Chania without any difficulty and inconvenience !! Incredibly friendly hosts, very helpful, quick with the replies and the apartment looked really nice. A terrace with a lot of space, very nice interior and a fully equipped kitchen. The beach is 4 mins walk away, there is a nice supermarket with the friendliest staff ever. The old town is a 7 min walk away and you have amazing restaurants everywhere next to your flat. The owner‘s mom was so sweet and kind, we want to give her extra 5stars for being so sweet. We totally recommend this flat and the beautiful city of Chania!

A stunning new apartment - spotless, comfortable with all the luxuries of a fine home. Everything is new and it’s decorated beautifully. Quiet too. Amazing location.

A perfect apartment for a trip that allows you to park your car right outside and be mobile during the day, and then return and be in the port area 10 mins walk away. The local beach area is worth exploring too. The apartment itself, totally suited our needs, it was functional and very clean. If we had any questions, Giorgos or Andreas were a message away. They are great and hospitable. A highly recommend stay.

Our stay here was absolutely fantastic! Aggelos is extremely friendly, helpful, and responsive. He provided recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The apartment was spotless when we arrived and had everything we needed for our stay. The place is very close to the downtown area with many shops, restaurants, and bakeries. It was also a quick walk to the bus stop. We could not recommend this place enough!
