Beachfront, Tranquil, Private Bay Home

Zahi̇deRating, 5 stars1 week ago
It was a really great accommodation experience. The house was clean, quiet and very comfortable in terms of privacy. Ms. Ceren and her family were extremely caring, friendly, helpful and hospitable. It is a calm and peaceful place, surrounded by nature. The beach was immaculate, neither crowded nor noisy; it was almost as if it was private to us. There was almost no one on the beach, you rarely meet people. The camellia area in the garden was really wonderful. In the evenings, sitting at home or in the camellia field, listening to the sound of the waves and watching the moonlight reflected on the sea gave an indescribable peace. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to rest their head and refresh their soul. I would like to thank you, especially Ms. Ceren, for your interest and relevance. I look forward to seeing you again. 😊

SeaView in Amazones stone house

VictoriaRating, 5 stars2 months ago
We had the most incredible stay at Ronit's place! The airbnb is beautifully designed with exposed stone walls and a clay style feature bathroom. The view is incredible looking out over Tavari and the ocean in the distance. In front of the airbnb there is a private space with a table and chairs, as well as some chill out space and comfy seats just for you. We loved the low sofa inside so you could soak up the views from the living room. The kitchen was well equipped and Ronit had left us fresh fruits and coffee to enjoy. The bathroom has a huge bathtub with rain shower. The bed was very comfy, and the small window looks out onto an olive tree, so you can enjoy the morning staring out to the blue skies from your bed! Thank you Ronit for having us, we had such a wonderful time relaxing we barely left the airbnb, but the surrounding villages and coastline are good to explore too.

Harbor View retreat

ErikaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This place had a spectacular view and is so close to everything happening in Mytilene. It was clean and bright and had great amenities. Given its downtown location, if you’re a light sleeper, it’s probably not for you- but that’s true of most downtown hotels, too. The host was friendly and super responsive. We had a minor local power outage and she had the issue fixed before we even experienced any real inconveniences- really superior attention was paid to us. I would totally stay here again.

Ms. Müberra's House

OnurRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Our stay was great. Thanks also for the attention of Mr. Ahmet and Ms. Müberra. Cleanliness was important to us as we were staying with our baby. The house was clean, we had no problems. Since the house is in the center, it was very close to everywhere. When we come to Ayvalık, we will definitely stay again.

Eleia Superior Seafront Villa with Private Pool

HolleyRating, 5 stars9 months ago
The pictures don’t lie. This was one of the most beautiful, peaceful, and private Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed at. And the price was incredible compared to what we normally pay in the US for comparable properties. This property is actually part of a hotel and the service was incredible. We had beautiful and bountiful breakfasts delivered to our patio each morning. The staff answered our questions and odd requests quickly and kindly. I can’t wait to come back and swim in that private pool with the most incredible view! A rental car is a must though. It’s not really a walkable distance to anything. Plus it’s so fun to explore the island!

Secret Greek Escape

PimRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We enjoyed a very relaxing week in this beautifully restored traditional house on the edge of Plomari. It’s a very short walk into the village and down to the harbour, where you can find a wide variety of restaurants and shops, and a great supermarket. There are also a couple of bakeries. The town is fascinating, both for its architecture and the layout of the little streets that climb the hill on both sides of the river. There are also a number of beaches (pebble) within walking distance, or just a short drive away. The hosts (Sally and Henry) were very friendly and helpful and have made something very special with this renovation. The interior is just as pretty, light and airy as in the photos, with much careful attention paid to the little decor details. The view from the terraces is also wonderful. You do have to walk the last 100 metres through a path along the garden to reach the house, but it’s definitely worth it! We can only recommend this house. It’s a true gem.

"Melinda Holiday House"

PimRating, 5 stars4 days ago
Location, location, location! Stratis's house has it. The house is spacious and has everything you need for a nice stay. In the morning you can walk straight out of bed into the sea for a swim, during the day you can sunbathe in the garden or on the beach in front of the house (if the wind permits), and in the evening you can sit on the terrace and watch the stars. There are three tavernas within walking distance (two closed at 20:00 when we were there, but you can eat delicious food at Diamanti until late) and the fantastic town of Plomari is 8 minutes away by car. Stratis responds quickly and correctly, all in all an excellent experience!
