Very clean and well equipped apartment in short walking distance to the old town of Tropea and to the beach. The highlight is the terrace with an incomparable sea view, on a clear day you can see the Stromboli volcano and the sundown is fantastic.

We have nothing to say but wow wow wow. The sunsets were spectacular on the private balcony. Close to beach, just perfect. Will come back for sure. Best abnb to date. Had a back issue prior to arriving and Melania picked us up from the train station, great service. Quiet beach town, if you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place.

The apartment is as shown in the photos. Equipped with everything you need (kitchen, washing machine, air conditioning, etc.). Convenient location: - beach within walking distance - Tropea 3 km away Free street parking Mrs. Angela and her husband are very kind and helpful in giving us useful information for our stay. We hope to return to Parghelia soon.

An excellent apartment in a friendly and genuine village … We’ve just returned from a superb holiday in the village of Santa Domenica. What a great apartment. Spacious and well equipped, super clean, with a decent balcony and pool with a sun bathing area. No negatives for us at all. Everything we needed food wise was in the village ; a couple of supermarkets, a really good food/bric a brac market on Mondays, a bakery, fishmonger (that serves meals also), cafe/bars, 4/5 restaurants (Il Casale was our favourite). We used Santa Domenica as a base for a few days out to Pizzo and Scilla (both beautiful and, we thought, easily as nice as Tropea. A number of beaches are accessible from Santa Domenica but these involve walks which aren’t always easy when it’s 30+ degrees. And our host ? Teresa was ace. Picked us up from the Railway Station, gave us loads of decent recommendations and responded immediately to any questions we had. A great holiday !

Accommodation in the heart of Pizzo, renovated and clean. Equipped kitchen and essential the presence of the air conditioner given the hot days. Francesco is a kind and helpful host, helped by the omnipresent Mrs. Viola, equally kind and friendly. Absolutely positive experience.

Francesco was a super host, very accommodating and helpful. The place was perfect for our stay, very central to shop, restaurants and near the stairs to the beach. Great spot!

Big and beautiful Apartment in Perfect Position

Lovely flat. 3 air conditioning units, so even during very hot days the place is comfortable. Very clean too. The town is very small, but with the car it is a very strategic location to reach the best beaches in max 20 minutes (Michelino, Roccette, Il Tono, Grotticelle). Tropea is at 20 min max by car, where you can spend wonderful summer evenings. The host Vittoria has been extremely responsive and helpful!

Everything as described. Domenico responded directly to questions and was also directly on the spot when we needed his help. The accommodation has everything you need and the location is also great. We can really recommend it.

Francesco is a very nice host. We used Google Translation to communicate because we didn't speak Italian. The accommodation is clean. The furniture (apart from the fridge, washing machine and microwave which are new) is dated but functional and that's all we needed. Although noisy, the portable air conditioner saved our nights. Indeed we are not used to sleeping under such temperatures. A pair of earplugs and it's all set. The bathroom is refurbished, it's appreciated. The garden is amazing, passion fruit, lemons, oranges... a real joy. Travel can be done on foot for the beach or restaurants. These 2 days off in our road-trip were at their best. Grazie Francesco!

Concettas's house is more than just a place to stay, it's an experience! Nicola showed us around and pointed out interesting aspects of the home. From the huge, old, front door key, to the stair-well trap door to great extra space, it was a great way to arrive. It's old, but well-restored, quaint, cosy and unique. The outside terrace is great for having meals and just for sitting, absorbing the sounds. Concetta and Nicola are great hosts - very friendly and Concetta gave us recommendations of restuarants and places to visit. We loved it and were sad to leave.

Adriano was realy helpful, he drove us to the train so we did not have to carry our bags. The appartment is located in the center, close to everything. And the view from the appartments is absolut wonderful.

Wonderful location - private, serene, and gorgeous. Philip and Antonia were lovely hosts, they took care to provide lots of recommendations and explain the house. The house itself is beautiful and had all the necessities for us to stay in and cook for the week, especially using the sweet local red onions! The view is incredible and the private beach was our daily exercise - we loved it! We'll be back!

We really enjoyed our stay, the accommodation has everything you need for a good rest, very well located to get to both the beach and the historic center. The welcome with homemade sweets made by the hostess was a nice touch. Thank you for everything!!

Perfect city centre destination with amazing balcony!

We were fully satisfied with the stay . A nice quiet and quiet apartment in the greenery, satisfied requests regarding the borrowing of kitchen utensils that the host kindly gave us, the convenience of the location to reach Tropea and surroundings (of course with the car, since the house overlooks the state road). Friendly, friendly and always available and available host. Highly recommended

Luca is an excellent host, friendly and always ready to help! from the beginning he gave us a guide to all the sights. The apartment is as in the photos, it is fresh and when it is too hot it has portable air conditioning (it works well) it has a huge terrace! It has everything you need! Ricadi Station is 20 min on foot. Groticelli beach 5 min, Tropea 15 min (all by car) Everything was very beautiful, the beaches in general are wonderful and we will certainly repeat. Thanks Luca :)

The place was great. The garden and apartment were very well maintained. The kitchen and bathroom were very well equipped. The area is very quiet, the beach can really be reached in less than 10 minutes. The host gave great tips and was very kind. We will be happy to come back! Highly recommended!

The view from the balcony was wonderful! The pictures of this apartment don’t do it justice. The balcony was big enough for two to enjoy coffee or wine. Really felt like a local but had enough restaurants around. Everything was walkable up and down hill. The apartment was not so big, but very comfortable for two. Can’t say much about how the kitchen worked, because who wants to cook when so much Italian food is at your doorstep? However, we were there the day many things closed down at the beginning of November. Still, we found good places to eat. Would recommend this apartment.

We had a really lovely stay at Franco's place! The place was clean, beautiful and had everything one might need. Would have loved to stay there for even longer than a few days. Most of the praise needs to be directed at Franco himself though, he was extremely kind and helpful. He even gave us some delicious grapes from his own garden and gave us rides from Lamezia Terme and back. The garden itself offered many places to relax, either just for sitting down or even lying down in a hammock. The sandy beach is only a 10-15 minute walk away. All in all, would highly recommend!

It is in a beautiful area, very well located, just 10 minutes from the train station. It's the historic center, there's movement all the time. And 3 minutes away you have the stairs to go to the beach. The apartment is spacious, divided into two floors. The first floor has the entrance hall and a bedroom. Upstairs, there is the bathroom, kitchen, dining room, and a sofa bed. One consideration, the air conditioning is only on the top floor, so in our case, since it was so hot, we decided to sleep on the couch and we were perfect this way. Definitely recommended!

Apartment 50m from the sea, tidy and bright. Fabulous area and in 10 minutes by car you have the opportunity to visit other beautiful areas. A helpful and friendly host. Highly recommended!
