Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Park Slope, Brooklyn

The place is in a nice neighborhood. LIRR station of about a 10 minute walk (15 with a 6 year old). The house was exactly as described. There was an issue with the dryer while I was there but the host went lot of his way to get our laundry done for the week we were there. 10/10 will definitely check if Gregory’s place is available next time in in NYC.

This was such a nice stay. It was a great stay because the space was more than enough to accommodate my wife and I along with our daughter, as well as my mother in law and sister in law. It was close to grocery shopping so we were able to cook for ourselves. Plus the train to take us to New York wa literally a half block away! This is where we:lol stay ANYTIME we come to the NYC area.

If I could rate this place 10/5 stars I would! Me and my group absolutely LOVED our stay here. Starting with George, he was extremely nice and responsive with any and all questions that we had, he honestly couldn’t have asked for a better host. Then the home its self exceeded our expectations (especially the roof top). The home was clean, cozy, well put together, and located on a street where all the neighbors were extremely nice and welcoming! Now tips for future renters; this home is located near the C train and the J train. In addition, if you are hungry, Tio’s off of Fulton (near the J train) is the place to go! All food is amazing and well priced. Once again; this was an amazing stay and made this New York trip amazing; I would definitely stay here again!

This was our second stay at Christian's location. Clearly, we enjoyed our first stay, lol. Overall, everything was great for our second stay. Christian is a great host. I highly recommend his place to anyone. Always a good experience and great space and location.

Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting New York! Cody was super punctual and professional throughout the entire process. The house was spotless, well-maintained, and in a great location with restaurants, grocery stores, and a bus stop just steps away. I’ll definitely be staying here again whenever I’m in town.

Beautiful house in Orange New Jersey, quiet neighborhood, and extremely great accommodations!

We had a wonderful stay! From start to finish, everything was seamless. Alicia was incredibly responsive and friendly. She lives downstairs, but you’d never know unless you happen to run into her and if you do, she’s a total gem. Talking with her feels like reconnecting with an old friend. The house was beautiful, clean, spacious, and exactly as described. There was plenty of room to relax, and the home was thoughtfully stocked, including toiletries in the bathrooms, which was a great touch. The backyard was a highlight. It was perfect for gathering with family and friends. It’s a great space to unwind and spend quality time outdoors. A fun bonus: Alicia let us try her new Ninja grill, which was awesome! We had so much fun using it that now my family wants one too. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would not hesitate to come back. Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway!

Joseph and his home were both great and exactly what my family was looking for. The kitchen had everything could need and the living room was very comfortable. With several of us getting ready for graduation in the early hours, having three bathrooms was beyond convenient. We reached out to Joseph a couple of times early in our stay and he was very responsive and accommodating!! Would definitely recommend this place to others. We only wish we had better weather to enjoy the incredible backyard amenities!!

Lovely, open, clean apartment with lots of space. Peter is a friendly, responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay there again. And the beds are soooo comfy! The neighborhood is fine. It's your typical Brooklyn neighborhood. My son used to live in that neighborhood and I never felt unsafe there when I visited him, and he has a friend who lives in that neighborhood as well who loves it. I think maybe just some people who are not from NYC and not used to big cities might think that it's sketchy but it's really not. It's very walkable and close to the train (subway) and there is a bodega, Dollar tree, and pharmacy right around the corner which is nice. There is also a city bike station right around the corner which is convenient. There is some train noise, but I found it soothing personally, and some street noise, but for the most part it's a pretty peaceful neighborhood. So if you're used to big city living this is an absolute gem at a great price.

Everything is exactly as described. She was definitely a great host and I would totally recommend anyone going there!

I had a quiet time, the place was really clean, I have nothing to complain about. It’s a 10/10.

Perfect spot in Hoboken. We slept 6 comfortably. Beautiful day and night views of the city from across the Hudson. Steps away from a coffee spot, Empire, that remembered us and was excited to see us all week. 15 min walking to PATH train to get to mid manhattan and lower manhattan. Hosts were very responsive and kind. While in Hoboken, you have to go to Vito’s for an Italian sub and they have prepped homemade pastas ready to cook if you’re trying to have a night in. O’neils has the best burger in town. And if you’re looking for a pork roll, try them on the jalepeno cheddar at O’Bagels and on the Black Russian at JPs Bagels. This is the perfect quiet place to stay on your busy trip. Last thing, when you go to the city, get some food at Woorijip in Korea town. We could’ve ate there everyday.

I really enjoyed the unit. The building was very peaceful. I love the parking spot out back very accessible to getting to New York and through the tunnel. Grocery store was right around the corner. Everything was clean and well maintained very spacious. Mabel was extremely communicative. She’s such a grace host. Me and my family really enjoyed. The unit would definitely rent it again. My partner and I enjoyed a pleasant stay in New Jersey while attending the Cowboy Carter concert at MetLife Stadium. The home is conveniently located just a short drive from MetLife Stadium, the American Dream Mall, and NJ Transit, which provides easy access to New York City.

We felt very comfortable in Cecia's apartment. The apartment was very clean and as shown in the pictures. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The communication was quick and friendly and we got a lot of valuable tips from her and her husband. From JFK Airport, it was about 2 hours by public transport to the apartment. To get to Manhattan, there are several bus lines, the stops are 2 to 10 minutes away. Near the apartment, there are also many restaurants and bakeries, as well as supermarkets, within walking distance. Thanks for the wonderful stay. :-)
