It was a great stay! Christian was an awesome host! Great communication, very helpful, and I couldn't of asked for better. Nice clean and safe apartment and location. Very close to public transportation-bus and train. Overall, I would recommend this location and host to anyone.

A truly Great stay in Greenwich with David, we really enjoyed our stay in the house, such an awesome place and quiet location (next to a beautiful river!) too, which we loved. We had a wonderful stay! From start to finish, everything was seamless. Alicia was incredibly responsive and friendly. She lives downstairs, but you’d never know unless you happen to run into her and if you do, she’s a total gem. Talking with her feels like reconnecting with an old friend. The house was beautiful, clean, spacious, and exactly as described. There was plenty of room to relax, and the home was thoughtfully stocked, including toiletries in the bathrooms, which was a great touch. The backyard was a highlight. It was perfect for gathering with family and friends. It’s a great space to unwind and spend quality time outdoors. A fun bonus: Alicia let us try her new Ninja grill, which was awesome! We had so much fun using it that now my family wants one too. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would not hesitate to come back. Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway!

My partner and I enjoyed a pleasant stay in New Jersey while attending the Cowboy Carter concert at MetLife Stadium. The home is conveniently located just a short drive from MetLife Stadium, the American Dream Mall, and NJ Transit, which provides easy access to New York City.

Joe's place was fantastic. My wife was having surgery at Greenwich Hospital. Joe's place offered me a great place to work just minutes from the hospital and many great restaurants. There was plenty of privacy, space, and amenities that made my stay very easy and relaxed. I would highly recommend and will look for this property again if I have a need to stay in the area again.

Michael was very hospitable, he made me and my dog feel right at home. He was super kind to my dog, and let her run around his backyard. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. There were also miles of trails not even a block from his home.

Beautiful location right on a walkable beach, modern and new with great added features. A great retreat. Viola the host is super accommodating, responsive and a great host who gives you your own space and goes out of her way to make your time relaxed and stress free.
