There is a large outdoor fireplace and a shaded patio. On the ground floor of the house is a kitchen with a spacious living room and dining room, an indoor fireplace and a toilet. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms with double beds and bathrooms. From the balcony there is a beautiful view of the marina and the islands. The house is in a quiet area of Sukošan.
