EXQUISITE new apartment in a BREATHTAKING location, short 20 minute drive to Karpacz mountains for hiking and 5 minute drive to thermal pool. The apartment is very spacious in all the rooms. The view is absolutely stunning from the windows, the neighborhood is peaceful. FANTASTIC features including secure parking, 600 mbps wifi, Smart TV, patio with kitchen access, electric blinds, washing machine, and an inviting shower. Comfortable furniture & mattress, apartment has everything we needed, lots of storage. The pool and sauna was closed during our visit, but are available right beside the unit when open. It was a splendid place to relax and escape, we had lots to do and see in the nearby areas. For curiosity I will share, there may be a GHOST that lives here, because we had a comb disappear, we searched and couldn't find it anywhere, and it reappeared in a very visible area 3 days later, there's NO WAY we could have missed it in our search. Ghost or a timeline glitch.

Everything went to 1* . The place matched the photos. Only for children there was no blanket for more. But nothing that can't be solved Great for us, and we haven't been there for the last time ⭐️

I would highly recommend this place! :-) It's very cozy! I was very torn back and forth every evening, whether I go to the restaurant or prefer something self-cooked in front of the oven fire. The place is just out of town, less than 10 minutes walk. If you prefer to be away from the hustle and bustle, this is the place to be. It was very clean and tidy. The host ensures the utmost comfort. I'd book again.

excellent communication, we got a tip for trips, food. excellent accommodation, quiet location, we had a 1.5 year old child with us and the accommodation was absolutely problem-free. It is close to trips to the mountains, the city for food, to the swimming pool. I recommend.

Next to the otevreni dveri na vas dychne cistota a nadherna wool- boils and s malymi detmi.

Accommodation in Pec pod Sněžkou completely met our expectations. The apartment was clean, cozy and fully equipped – there was absolutely nothing we needed during our stay. We especially appreciate the modern bathroom and well-equipped kitchen where we could cook without any problems. The location is ideal – quiet place close to the center, with a beautiful view and great access to hiking trails and the cable car to Sněžka. Parking at the property was seamless, which we really appreciated in the mountain area. The communication with the host was fast, welcoming, and impeccable. Everything was perfectly prepared and the stay went smoothly. We definitely recommend it and would love to come back!

There were four of us staying for a week in the ski resort in Spindlermühlen. We enjoyed the accommodation very much. It's close to the slopes, clean and tidy. The hostess was kind and responded quickly to our messages. The accommodation is definitely worth its price. We enjoyed the time very much. :-)

On my second day at Anna's place, my fiancé told me, "this is the best day of my life!" Honestly, I could go into great detail about how large the place is, how comfortable it is, how great the bathroom and bath is, how the blackout curtains make it very easy to sleep in, how gorgeous the surrounding area is... all of that. And it's all there. But the fact that my fiancé was crying with joy on our second day there (and was crying a little when we left) makes this place more than worth the money we paid. And I'm eternally grateful to Anna for letting us stay here on such short notice. Thank you so much for making such an incredible experience for us.

Very successful stay. Cozy apartment with full equipment. We didn't miss anything. The host sent comprehensive instructions before check-in so we knew how to get around the property. Access to pools and saunas in the same building is a definite plus. We'll be back:)

We had a nice time, unfortunately too short. Small things that were missing were submitted immediately. Unfortunately, the hot tub was broken, but sauna was great. We would come back. 😃

We had a great time at the place! Location – close to all attractions, yet quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped, which made us feel at home there. The contact with the host was great – always available, polite, and ready to help, which made our stay so much easier. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!

We enjoyed the holiday. Since the apartment was on the ground floor, which we had not seen in the description, the mountain view was a bit clouded. Otherwise, everything was as described. Pool and sauna were in the next house, which is not a problem. The kitchen equipment could be a little more extensive, the lighting equipment could be a little more discreet and warmer. All in all, the property is recommended.

Everything was just right. The apartment is really spacious for up to 8 adults if someone is able to share a bed for two people. Clean, tidy, except for small shortcomings like too little toilet paper, and a bathroom heater that really isn't a problem. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. A 15-minute walk is a great restaurant with Czech cuisine, and a little further the city center and a supermarket. Overall, I highly recommend it.

Accommodation as described, but a hotplate is complicated for cooking. Very warm welcome. Host to contact by phone rather than by message but otherwise very responsive.

Quite place with everything you need to have a rest with a mountains view and forest just under the hand. Highest level of support from hosts! Recommended!
