Great place! We just finished our week-long stay yesterday - the best recommendation is that we immediately book another week-long stay. A place worth sinning :)

The house was very cozy and inviting. It had everything you needed. Richard and his family were very friendly. The surroundings are beautiful. I'd love to come back.

Definitely dream home! We were 9 people for an extended weekend in this accommodation and are completely thrilled! The furnishings are first-class, stylish and high-quality. The view is breathtaking and invites you to relax on the terrace. The wellness offers are particularly noteworthy: the sauna is modern and spacious, the hot tub an absolute highlight - especially in the evening under the starry sky. The bathing pond was also a real experience and provided a lot of relaxation. The accommodation offers enough space for everyone without feeling cramped. We felt completely comfortable from the beginning and will definitely come back! A big thank you to the hosts – it couldn't be better!

We had a great stay at Staniszowska Przystań. The place was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. We did a lot of hikes, visited nearby castles and palaces, and ate at the restaurants the owners recommended. Everything was great and the food was delicious. We will definitely stay there again.

Super cute and modern house, very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Really cosy as well with the log burner, despite the snow outside. Just what I needed as a base for a couple of days of hiking in the nearby hills and woods. Beautiful scenery! I was a little worried about managing without a car but Artur was super kind and offered to drive me if needed. In the end I stocked up on food before arriving and was able to access two days of hiking on foot from the house. Artur is a lovely guy and thoughtful host. All the basics are there - cooking ingredients, toilet paper, shower gel, soap, laundry powder, dishwasher tablets. I’d stay again for sure!

Our youngest was in seventh heaven during our stay and now always asks in every other accommodation where the playroom is. The house leaves nothing to be desired and is lovingly furnished. We also enjoyed the fantastic garden and outdoor area with pool, cozy seating area and children's playground. We lacked nothing. Supermarkets and excursion destinations in the vicinity were quickly reached by car. We will be happy to come back.

We spent our holiday time in this great place that's perfect to relax in peace and quiet, surrounded by nature. The greenery of the forest enters inside through the windows. Wonderful! There is a large space around the cottage, whether for children or dog companions. Inside, the cottage is well-equipped, and the fireplace provides a unique atmosphere. A small downside is a small fridge that's hard to accommodate more people. Two bathrooms with a shower are a big advantage. Extremely picturesque, very good starting point for mountain trails. Great communication with a lovely host. I highly recommend the corner to anyone looking for a break from the hustle and bustle.

We drove with a group of 9 people and were looking for a quiet place where we all get in and we won't disturb anyone. This is exactly what happened to us and everything was absolutely perfect. Great located right next to the lift , with a beautiful view and in close proximity there was only tall grass in the hill so we didn't disturb anyone and no one disturbed us either. The place was beautiful and modern, and we especially appreciated the outdoor grill available . We'll be sure to come back because this place was just what my friends and I were looking for. Also, the communication with the host was great and fast, so there was no problem.

We appreciated the projector the most – we enjoyed a movie night with friends thanks to the bad weather. Also, it's great that there was a sauna, a pool, a cooling barrel, a patio, and a grill. The atmosphere was very pleasant. It's just a pity that the pool isn't heated-it would be very pleased in the colder weather. We were also surprised that the sauna was not included in the price of the stay and is paid separately. Maybe it would be better to just count this amount into the price. However the sauna was clean and very pleasant. Everything was fine and comfortable inside the cabin. We only noticed a minor inconvenience with a dish sponge (there was hair on it) and damp towels that wet the sheets. But we sorted these things out and the overall impression didn't significantly spoil it. Overall, I give 8 out of 10. I recommend for a quiet stay in the outdoors – perfect for a group of friends. We were happy.

Beautiful place, well equipped. Fenced garden where we could feel free to let the kids play, nice place for fire and sausages in the evening. The owner always responded very quickly and willingly gave us advice and accommodated everything we needed. We didn't miss anything. Thanks for having a great stay.

We enjoyed all the space, the pool, the tranquility and the beautiful surroundings with our whole family! Communication with Jellie went smoothly, always quick feedback to our questions. The kids enjoyed the pool and when it got windy after a few days, the hood made sure it didn't get too cold. Totally super!

Beautiful, cozy apartment that is part of a beautiful villa. Garden available. The apartment has a sauna and an extensive park nearby. We were beyond satisfied!!

EXQUISITE new apartment in a BREATHTAKING location, short 20 minute drive to Karpacz mountains for hiking and 5 minute drive to thermal pool. The apartment is very spacious in all the rooms. The view is absolutely stunning from the windows, the neighborhood is peaceful. FANTASTIC features including secure parking, 600 mbps wifi, Smart TV, patio with kitchen access, electric blinds, washing machine, and an inviting shower. Comfortable furniture & mattress, apartment has everything we needed, lots of storage. The pool and sauna was closed during our visit, but are available right beside the unit when open. It was a splendid place to relax and escape, we had lots to do and see in the nearby areas. For curiosity I will share, there may be a GHOST that lives here, because we had a comb disappear, we searched and couldn't find it anywhere, and it reappeared in a very visible area 3 days later, there's NO WAY we could have missed it in our search. Ghost or a timeline glitch.

great we have enjoyed the only thing we missed is a sofa where you can relax in the evening that really should be in the kitchen at the dining table with corner sofa not bad but at some point it's not really nice but again that is only rest ia fantastic thanks for the super nice time

It was a beautiful house with many great possibilities! From the pool to the fireplace! The only small flaw was the septic tank, which unfortunately had a very strong smell up to the terrace.

I stayed at this fairytale place and it really was. The place was well equipped and the host ensured that all that was needed like water, candles, chargers, and cleaning supplies were all available and refilled completely.

The place was great. An older cabin from the outside, but beautifully and tastefully decorated from the inside. Everything is clean and nicely done. Very quiet location. The pianos weren't tuned, because I would have loved to play. A big benefit is the fireplace in the living room. 5/5 definitely recommend. 👍

We stayed at the Rabbit apartment for an Easter weekend, and although we left one day early due to not feeling well (which was entirely unrelated to the apartment), I would gladly stay longer and can imagine returning for a week in the summer. The apartment had everything we needed, was nicely decorated, felt much bigger and more spacious than in the photos, and we especially appreciated the lovely huge windows in the living room towards the shared backyard and sitting on the patio with morning coffee when the weather turned nice. The apartment is on the ground floor (or -1 as the house is in the hill), which was perfect for our dogs although that meant we had people staying above us and could hear them often, especially in the evening - not sure if it was just these particular guests being more noisy or the sound insulation a bit lacking. Despite that, we had a nice stay at Jacek's place and I wouldn't mind coming back again.

We had a very nice and relaxing time. From the apartment you have many opportunities to make small as well as larger hikes. The apartment is very clean and practically furnished. We felt very comfortable.

An amazing place in beautiful Karpniki. Wonderful area for hiking, I know the Giant Mountains quite well, but the pleasure of hiking in Rudawa is indescribable. Terrain with a tremendous history! The mill itself is lovingly restored, you can see that the owners have put a lot of effort into it! Clean, well-maintained, with atmospheric extras! Breathtaking view from every window! Fully fenced area, which was important to us due to the fearful dog. And if the dog could, it would stay on the property. You'll receive clear check-in instructions from hosts, plus lots of interesting facts to explore in the area right away, which is super helpful for visitors to this region for the first time. Enough to say we'll be back 100%!!

The Maršovka cottage perfectly met our expectations. Accommodation for 9 adults and 6 children was absolutely no problem. The social room with a children's corner was also great, and there were plenty of games where everyone could enjoy themselves. The location of the cottage itself was ideal for trips, we would love to come back in the future.

Everything great, pleasant contact and stay
