Il parcheggio è privato, così come la discesa al lungomare Scardamiano di AciCastello, ricco di stabilimenti balneari forniti di ogni servizio. Si può raggiungere a piedi il centro di Acitrezza in pochi minuti.

Al piano di sopra ci sono altri 2 appartamenti con un totale di 5 posti letti. Possiamo acgogliere più famiglie nel palazzo.
