Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Pender County

Dennis was an AMAZING host! The house was perfect. The outdoor shower would be a great convenience for a larger group than we had. The back yard is HUGE and was fun for playing cornhole and yard games. We’ll definitely book again when we return to Wilmington!

This neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful and was just what we needed. The location was great and all the activities we planned on doing were all nearby too!I appreciated the quantity of laundry/dish pods they put out for us to use and the beach blankets/towels(thank you again).We would definitely come back!

Alexander's place was exactly what we needed for our stay. We were grateful to find a place on short notice around the holidays that was willing to accommodate our dogs. The private yard was perfect for them to run and get some energy out, while the house was comfortable and gave us space to rest. Alexander was very friendly and proactive in his messages about the home and the area. We hope to book again and take advantage of the cozy fire pit set up next time!

We had a wonderful weekend stay with family at this beautiful home. We loved spending time at the beach and then coming home relaxing by the pool. Having pool towels provided was a great bonus! Alex and Lexi were very responsive and reassuring when we reached out about a few cleaning issues we noticed. Overall, it was a great experience — highly recommend if you're looking for a relaxing weekend getaway with a pool!

This was the Best Airbnb we have ever rented, and we have rented from Airbnb well over 30 times. The property was immaculate, the house was newly renovated and was absolutely beautiful. Everything was extremely clean and well organized, they had everything you needed to have a relaxing weekend on a huge piece of property. The lake was well stocked with fish, we caught and released well over a 200 fish in 4 days; catching a huge variety of fish from Bass, crappie, blue Gil, Shad, etc. The dock house and dock were new and made fishing the pond very comfortable with the benches. We had an absolute blast, thank you Robert for having us. We will be back.

Our family loved Diane’s Comfy Cozy Home!! The setting was woodsy, quiet and yet conveniently located to shopping and restaurants and Arlie Gardens where we celebrated my sons wedding. The house was very clean and well stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub outback all 4 nights. Diane went above and beyond to make our stay a wonderful experience. The hot tub had a leak the day before we arrived, She quickly ordered the part needed and overnighted it from California. Her husband came out the first day we were there and fixed it. It was ready that night to enjoy and we did! She knew the hot tub was a big deal for the whole family. Thank you Diane for making our stay a lovely experience and fun family memory! The place was perfect in every aspect: The location, size, accommodations, amenities, and proximity to the areas we frequented. For our tennis group, the total cost was less than what a hotel would have cost, which is historically where we used to stay. This experience, summarized by our ability to share one place, travel together, have meals together, watch TV together, and have the large space to spread out was absolutely fantastic. The experience was positive any which way you look at it. On top of that, Jana (and her husband) were super hosts with super friendly communication. We wish we had the opportunity to meet them in person, but..............maybe this time next year :-).

Great stay! Perfect location for our combined business and personal visit. Our furry companion particularly enjoyed her stay - full toy chest, treats at the entry and a good sized yard to roam. Suzy has set up a good alternative ‘family’ spot for those that don’t want the noise and craziness of downtown stays.

This was a great hidden gem and the host always made sure to accommodate. Will definitely plan to stay here again.

The most friendly hosts and the most beautiful and peaceful Airbnb! The barn cats lead us straight to our destination and welcome us with purrs and meows. The spot was an amazing peaceful getaway with lots of cute animals to see. We definitely plan on coming back again soon! Would definitely recommend!

Outstanding location. Easy access to Topsail and Wilmington. Beautiful layout and will return. Everything you needed or possibly wanted was there. Extremely friendly.

Cute cabin surrounded by a beautiful property. Very peaceful. There is a second cabin on the property next to each other; the only thing I would say is the garage door/window does not provide much privacy. If you have neighbors in the other cabin you can see right in. Maybe a tint the window would be helpful. Otherwise, the cabin is adorable and very clean. There is a cute porch to sit on and a fire pit!

This is a very nice place to stay. The host was friendly and quick to respond to any questions. The move-in process was smooth, and the place was clean. There were plenty of activities to enjoy outside. The host even provides a golf cart that you can use for free. Additionally, complimentary snacks and drinks are included.
