Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Peoria

Place was exactly as pictured. Everything was clean and kitchen was well stocked. Rooms are a little tight with no dresser storage but was fine for a 3 night stay. We really enjoyed the common space areas and would highly recommend this house and this host.

~Peaceful Farmhouse Retreat~ We loved our stay at the Little Farmhouse! Nestled in the middle of a multi-generational farmstead, this charming home was the perfect location for us being close to friends nearby. Sitting on the patio after dark was a treat listening to wild turkeys and frogs in the distance. The farmhouse itself was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and incredibly cozy – a perfect blend of modern farmhouse charm and comfort. In addition, we were close to everything! We enjoyed some fantastic local restaurants and shopping at Grand Prairie. This location was the best of both worlds: peaceful seclusion and convenience. The hosts were warm, responsive, and made us feel at home! We will definitely book this place again!

Enjoyed staying in the quaint little place called Hanna City, host is Shanna bythe neighborhood was quiet n peaceful. The little house was adorable,Shanna had it set up so cute, we didn't want for anything! I'm telling all my friends n family We will b back😊 Renee'

2nd year staying here for my birthday with all my friends and it’s so much fun every time. So much to do while having your own privacy and plans with comfortable rules to abide by. It’s like a new home with a bunch of cool games and amenities, definitely recommend! Great host, leaves you to it and is responsive. Best birthdays ever here.

We had nice stay at the house - the inside was nice enough, albeit a little dated in some areas. The outside seating area had a lot of debris so we couldn't spend much time on the patio, but ultimately it's a nice area with close access to the river and Peoria. I'd stay there again.

Absolutely loved this house! The house was clean neat and tidy. Located in a beautiful neighborhood. I could have lived on the patio! Definitely a great find being our first time in the Peoria area. If we ever find ourselves back in town this will be our place to stay 😊

We had a wonderful stay at the Grandview Retreat for my daughter's Bradley University graduation. The space was open and comfortable, making it perfect for spending time with grandparents and friends. The interior of the house is beautiful and includes many thoughtful amenities. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub in the backyard and the seating area at the front of the house. Additionally, we appreciated being within walking distance of the Grandview Avenue Overlook. A couple of notes for future guests: beach towels for the hot tub are not provided, and the pricing for the home varies based on the number of guests. The cost can be significantly different for two guests compared to ten. I had never encountered this pricing structure before, but I worked it out with the host. We would definitely stay at this property again.

My wife and I stayed here while visiting friends in the area. Fantastic accommodations. Just what we needed. Very very nice place. Clean and quiet. Very comfortable bed and living space. Adjacent to local shops and restaurants at Washington Square.

The Silo is the perfect place to stay in Morton for extended stays, family visiting for holidays, etc. Nicely decorated, safe area, responsive hosts. I'll be highly recommending.

Super cute place! Everything was extremely clean and looked to be newly remodeled. Even though there are multiple units in the building, it was very quiet in the building in a quiet neighborhood.

Molly was very accommodating! I needed to check in early to get ready for my wedding and Molly had the place ready 4 hours early! She was responsive, the apartment was clean, and the location was perfect! I’d definitely stay here again!

The location was great! We could walk to the hockey rink, and there were great restaurants and bars less than a block away. It was very spacious and having use of a washer and dryer was a bonus. Bring your own laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner and soap, and hair dryer. I saw these items were not provided. Loved our weekend in Bloomington.
