Le Petit Chateau (Adults only property)

The beautiful 'Le Petit Chateau', at 'La Tuilerie de la Roussie', originally built in 1551 is entirely yours to enjoy. Ideally situated on the bank of the River Vézere in the pre-historic area known as the 'Vallée de L'Homme' between the fascinating town of Les Eyzies and market town of Le Bugue. To explore the area we offer FREE use of mountain bikes and a kayak*, there is direct access to the river and a 12km cycle path. Or simply relax around the heated swimming pool on luxury sun loungers.

Retaining all of its original charm and character this unique detached property has a stylish, and fresh interior. It is set in a secluded garden surrounded by beautiful French countryside. Our house is a beautiful 18th century stone building, completely renovated. Quiet and spacious, with a large plot with a pool (heated from March to November) - and an exceptional view of the surrounding countryside, it also offers immediate access to the center of the village. Shops, bars, restaurants, grocery store, market and even cinema are a few minutes walk.
