The accommodation, located below, offers a fresh and authentic atmosphere in a stone setting. Accommodation for 2 only; parties and evening gatherings are prohibited. Pets are allowed. Due to the stairs and the unusual layout, the accommodation is not suitable for children or people with reduced mobility.

Welcome to the heart of Perigueux. Studio on the 4th floor under very bright attic, completely renovated and fully equipped. You will find all the comforts you need to enjoy a pleasant stay (Wi-Fi, linens, Nespresso…). You have a king size bed or 2 beds of 90 as well as a sofa bed (quality mattress) and a heater (on request). The stairs are narrow and period. In case of rental for 2, bedding will be provided for 1 bed. On request, the 2nd bed will be prepared (€10).
