On the second top floor of our house is this beautiful apartment overlooking the sea and the island of Brijuni. The apartment is 98m2, has its own entrance and parking on the premises. The plot stretches 6000m and is completely enclosed by a stone wall. In front of the house there is a 55 m2 swimming pool. On the whole plot over forty centuries-old olive trees.

Our air-conditioned GREEN HOUSE is located in a quite neighborhood of istrian village Peroj with privat parking spots. In our big mediterranean garden you can relax, do yoga, meditate, ect. Your privat whirlpool welcomes you to enjoy the warm evenings with a cold drink out of your own fridge. And a lot of greenery (we are nature and bee friendly). Property is fully fenced and pet friendly.

Fully renovated and unique apartment in Peroj, a small town very close to the beach- only a short 10 minute walk, or a 2 minute drive to the sea shore . Apartment is on the 2nd floor of a house with a terrace overlooking the beautiful Adriatic sea and National park Brijuni. It has a big and spacious closed backyard where you can also find a fireplace, perfect for grilling. Outside is also a free parking space. Guests can taste olive oil, wine and fresh vegetables, all homemade by the owner.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
