On the second top floor of our house is this beautiful apartment overlooking the sea and the island of Brijuni. The apartment is 98m2, has its own entrance and parking on the premises. The plot stretches 6000m and is completely enclosed by a stone wall. In front of the house there is a 55 m2 swimming pool. On the whole plot over forty centuries-old olive trees.

Your privat whirlpool welcomes you to enjoy the warm evenings with a cold drink out of your own fridge. Located 200m from the beach, the house offers wellness, rest and reconnecting with nature. In the house one can find everything needed for a relaxed vacation, and in the garden there are unique Biodesign pool, whirlpool, dining area and the grill. Fully renovated and unique apartment in Peroj, a small town very close to the beach- only a short 10 minute walk, or a 2 minute drive to the sea shore . Apartment is on the 2nd floor of a house with a terrace overlooking the beautiful Adriatic sea and National park Brijuni. It has a big and spacious closed backyard where you can also find a fireplace, perfect for grilling. Outside is also a free parking space. Guests can taste olive oil, wine and fresh vegetables, all homemade by the owner.

Apartment is located 900m from the beach, 2 km from Fazana and 10 km from Pula. The apartment is located in a private house in Peroj on the 1st (just above another apartment) floor. The beach is only 900m away where you can find beach bars, rent a chairs, and try some water sports. The beach has an amazing view towards the Brijuni islands. If you like active vacation there is a path for biking, running and walking which takes you to Fazana and Valbandon where you can find other activities.

A small sweet apartment in the center of Peroj offers a terrace overlooking the sea. It consists of a bedroom with double bed, living room with a corner sofa that also serves as an extra bed for 2 people, equipped kitchen and bathroom with tub. It is only 1 km away from the beautifully landscaped long beach. We are 4 km away from Fažana, a small interesting fishing village and 12 km away from Pula, the biggest Istrian town.

Self-Sufficient Cottage

The house is self-sufficient. It works based on solar panels and water tanks with filters. Situated just 450 meters from the beach, with beautiful small garden and parking place in front of the gate. The house itself is not located in a secluded place. Also, please note that the house is only for two adults, since there are stairs to bedroom and the water resource is limited for two people, not suitable for children.

Our holiday home is a unique place right next to the Amphitheater Arena. Located in a quiet side street with a green private oasis full of native plants. Until last season, we rented out a smaller part of the house, while since this season in 2024, our accommodation has been renovated and expanded to be larger and more comfortable. Free WiFi

Little white house

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and furry friends (pets). Its a small house ( around 30 m2) in the centre of the village, near the supermarket, bus station, newsstand, pizzeria and bakery. The house has a yard, one bedroom with a double bed and Air conditioner, a kitchen and a bathroom. The guests have 2 bicycles available.
