Holiday rentals with a pool in Peroj

We were guests with the family and our dog and felt very comfortable. The house is cozy and the outdoor area is very spacious - our dog also felt very comfortable in the large garden! Those who like it quiet and idyllic will feel very comfortable. The sea is quickly reached by car or bike (5 min). Marija and her family are very friendly. We would come back!

We had a great stay! The accommodation was super nice, very clean and in a great location. The handover went smoothly and if there were any questions or small problems, someone was immediately available - always friendly and helpful. We especially liked the many tips and recommendations from Benjamin about activities and restaurants in the area – this made our stay even better. Clear recommendation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is a hidden gem. While the original description was a little misleading, suggesting the house is in Rovinj (it is actually in Modrušani, near the small town of Žminj - 20 minute drive to Rovinj), that didn't take anything away from the beauty of the place. The house is tastefully furnished, the kitchen very well equipped and all bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom. The pool area with lounge chairs and umbrellas, as well as the outdoor kitchen were amazing. Thank you Marta for being a great host! We'll be back whenever we get a chance.

I've just returned from a 1 week stay and there were 4 adults and 1 baby. The baby room (wasn't on the listing) was excellent and very well equipped and this made our stay so much better. The property was beautiful and well described, but the pictures don't so it justice. The host was lovely and very helpful when we needed her and we will hopefully come and stay again in the future. A floor plan would be even more helpful for future guests because bedrooms on the ground floor and the baby room are big selling points for families or those with disabilities.

Reception was very nice with a welcome gift. Communication with Miro (contact person) was easy and you got quick feedback. Also very helpful with problems. In total, a very successful vacation/stay and definitely recommended!

The house is incredibly beautiful and right in the neighboring village of Pula. It is super quiet and the sea is a 10-minute walk away. We felt incredibly comfortable and enjoyed the house very much

Super great 1 bedroom apartment with kitchen! Alba (the mother) lives there alone. A super nice lady, always helpful and always there when you need something! But it also leaves you enough peace! We were alone with Alba and thus had the pool to ourselves! Really great! We were there by car and explored everything ourselves. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Really great!

Would highly recommend Celestina’s apartment for your stay in Rovinj. Located in a quiet residential area around 10 minutes walk to the city centre. The apartment had everything we needed. Celestina couldn’t have been more helpful, making our first holiday with our baby boy accommodating.

We were very happy with our stay with Sonja. She met us at arrival, was easy to reach if/when needed and was overall super friendly and welcoming. We loved the house that was situated in a calm residential area but still close to central Pula, many beaches, activities and lots of shops. The flat was spacious, had all the amenities we needed and having our own pool was wonderful! We had an amazing week and would love to come back.

Super nice stay! Our dog Ash enjoyed the stay to be able to run freely and then cool off in a well-cooled apartment. We needed to supplement with small things in the kitchen and Maja fixed us quickly. The car quickly took us to grocery stores, beach and restaurants. Quiet area, nice home, fantastic hosts. We would be happy to book this place again 😍

Tamara's accommodation was superbly located. There was everything you needed. The garden with the pool was wonderful for relaxing.

Gorans mother was a very sweet and lovely lady too, with a cute little dog. The town was easily walkable and the airport was only 10/15mins away in taxi. Thank you for a great stay!

We and the dogs felt very comfortable with Jana. The family welcomed and very friendly. The location of the APARTMENT is very centrally located for all excursions. The pool was just great. We didn't miss anything. We will be happy to come back.

Everything was a great fit! The place was clean, well appointed and exactly as described. We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime. Location is great, everything within walking distance. Wonderful stay – highly recommended! We had a great stay at the place. The villa was very clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need. The location was ideal – quiet, but still close to the sea The check-in went smoothly and Gabi was always friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back!

The contact with Josipa was super friendly and accommodating. Also the house was in good condition, the outdoor area seemed very new. Twice a week someone came to clean the pool. Everything was available on site and even more than described. The house inside is exactly as shown in the pictures. We were there as 2 families with 1 child each (2 years old) The villa is exactly as pictured. The location is quiet and remote, but everything is accessible by car. We had a great holiday!

The build quality is among the best I've seen in Croatia – everything feels solid and is made with high-quality materials. Both the interior and exterior are beautifully designed and well-maintained. This villa is absolutely beautiful. It is even more impressive than the pictures. Everything was impeccably clean. It’s super spacious and lovely environment to spend time in beautiful Croatia. The location is mixed, there isn’t much close to the Vila and sadly you can’t walk to anything but you can reach many amazing spots in 30-40 minutes driving.
