Sherry’s house is handicapped accessible, two bedrooms (master has queen adjustable bed), two full baths, office / laundry room, and garage. This location is just 6.4 miles from Historic Downtown Edenton which offers restaurants, shopping, historic tours, and beautiful views of the water.

A destination where you can unwind amongst multiple structures with great history that were relocated from the "Sandy Point Camp Ground" years back to this quiet 10 acres of open grass pasture.
