Holiday rentals with a patio in Pescia

Tammy and Eme were wonderful hosts. My wife and I booked for quite a long stay as part of a sabbatical in Italy. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Casa al Poggio is in a quiet location, surrounded by spectacular countryside, between two small towns, each charming in its own way, and with easy access to both Florence and Siena. Tammy and Eme offered great recommendations regarding places to explore in the local area and a host of tips that helped us get the most out of our stay. We absolutely intend to return and stay with them again.

Very central location, apartment was very modern and clean. Enjoyed our stay but would highlight that the apartment is hard to access with large luggage and/or elderly guests, otherwise would highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay!! The location was superb and the hosts were great. The views were stunning.

The accommodation looks like the pictures, we enjoyed our 4 nights stay. The kitchen is fully equipped and easy to use which was very helpful for us as we travelled with a small child. We felt comfortable, the surroundings are very beautiful and you can relax with ease. I appreciated that they provided 2 towels for my child to use, aside from ours. All in all I fully recommend this lovely place!

Our stay with Miriam was absolutely wonderful! Right from the start, the personal welcome made a big difference – Miriam was always available and greeted us in person, which was such a nice and rare touch these days. The apartment is beautifully and lovingly decorated, with so much attention to detail. We were especially impressed to find a thoughtful selection of basics already in the fridge – something you don’t see often! We felt completely at home – it honestly felt just like our own place. Without a doubt, this was the best Airbnb experience we’ve had in over 10 years! Thank you so much, Miriam – we’d love to come back!

Although there were a couple of issues with one tv and the washer dryer, Teona, Ivanna's property manager was always responsive and followed up to see that issues were resolved. We thought that the apartment was very beautiful and the neighborhood felt safe. It was quiet, and some of Ivanna's recommendations for restaurants were pe.rfect. We wouldn't hesitate to come back

Eine tolle Wohnung an einem ganz besonderen Ort! Wir haben die Ruhe und den wunderschönen Garten sehr genossen. Jacobo war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit, hat uns mit allem versorgt was wir brauchten und tolle Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Die Wohnung ist ausgesprochen komfortabel, das Bett super und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Wir waren viel auf der schönen Terasse und haben den Blick in den Garten und das Zwitschern der Vögel genossen. Es gibt eine coole Hängematte zum Entspannen im Garten. Die Lage ist gut um Pisa, Lucca und Florenz zu erreichen. Außerdem gibt es sehr nette kleinere Orte in der Umgebung. Alles in allem hatten wir eine wunderschöne Zeit.

La struttura è curata nei minimi dettagli, accogliente, pulitissima e perfettamente integrata con la natura circostante. Si respira un’atmosfera di pace e autenticità che è sempre più rara da trovare. Maurizio è un ospite eccezionale: caloroso, disponibile, attento e sempre pronto a offrire consigli preziosi sulla zona, i ristoranti e le bellezze meno turistiche di Lucca e dintorni. La sua passione per il podere e l’ospitalità traspare in ogni gesto, facendoci sentire più amici che ospiti. Consigliamo questa esperienza a chi cerca un luogo autentico dove rigenerarsi, lontano dal caos ma a due passi dalle meraviglie della Toscana. Torneremo sicuramente!

Magnifique maison, avec le charme de l'ancien et une vue à couper le souffle. Le jardin et la piscine sont très bien entretenus et on s'y sent bien. D'autres personnes peuvent également être sur place, car la maison est séparée en plusieures parties. De notre côté, nous n'avons eu aucun problème avec les voisins, et l'endroit est suffisamment grand pour avoir son espace à soi. La communication avec Barbara était très bien, elle nous a fourni toutes les informations dont nous avions besoin et répondait promptement. L'arrivée en voiture n'est pas si compliquée, il faut simplement s'assurer que le GPS évite une route fermée. Nous avons suivi les instructions de Barbara et tout s'est bien passé. Dans l'ensemble, cette maison nous a permis de passer un bon moment, de nous relaxer pendant nos vacances, et son charme authentique a provoqué quelques touches de nostalgies.

Die Unterkunft von Mariarita ist wirklich ein Schmuckstück! Die Einrichtung ist bis ins Detail liebevoll, hochwertig und geschmackvoll. Außerdem war alles außerordentlich sauber. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Freisitz und der wunderschöne Garten (der übrigens auch auffallend gut gepflegt ist). Wir hatten unsere E-Bikes dabei und kamen so in 40 min stressfrei nach Lucca. Mariarita und ihr Mann sind wunderbar liebe und freundliche Gastgeber und wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Aufenthalt und wir würden sofort wieder hierher kommen!

Wonderful place to either lay back and enjoy the picturesque-postcard view from the comfort of your front yard or the pool (which was refreshingly cool in June), or to go further explore Tuscany locations within reach. The house was beautiful, clean and equipped with everything you could ask for, ie a quiet and air conditioned bedroom, kitchen with a gas stove, fridge and a wood fired bbq and a jacuzzi + comfy seating outside. Shops, restaurants and bars are all within walking distance, max 10 minutes. Andrea is a fantastic host who clearly cares about providing the best possible stay for her guests, which she did. Whenever we return to Tuscany, we will definitely make sure to stay here at Palaia again.

Akribisch renoviertes und liebevoll möbliertes altes Steinhaus mit 2 begrünten Terrassen am Rande eines Weilers, umgeben von Olivenhainen, völlig ruhig, keine weitere Infrastruktur. A/C mit Heizfunktion. Küche bestens ausgestattet (Geräte, Geschirr, Utensilien, Gewürze, Öl , Spüli etc.) Modernes Bad, ausreichend frische Handtücher. 2 Schlafzimmer (Durchgang) und Bad/WC im Obergeschoss, Wohnzimmer und Küche im 1. Stock. Im Untergeschoss separates kleines Appartement mit Bad/WC und Küche und Waschmaschine. Zur Begrüßung erwarteten uns Wein, Wasser und ein Frühstück. In Empoli (ca 10 min.) großes Einkaufszentrum, Geschäfte und Lokale. Wer antike Architektur und Möbel, Natur und Ruhe liebt wird sich wie wir sehr wohlfühlen! 🤩 Aufgrund mehrerer steiler Treppen für Kleinkinder und mobilitätseingeschränkte Personen nicht zu empfehlen. Zuerst einmal ein großes Kompliment an Sandro. Die Kommunikation war perfekt. Auch wenn wir uns nicht persönlich kennengelernt haben, konnten wir uns gut verständigen. Das Haus ist ein Traum. Viel besser als es die Bilder je sagen könnten. Diese Liebe zum Detail ist einzigartig. Wir waren 5 Wochen in ganz Italien incl. Sizilien unterwegs. Aber diese Unterkunft war mit eine der schönsten. Auch für unsere Hunde ein Traum. Alles eingezäunt und rundherum wirkliche Ruhe. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Alle größeren Städte sind gut zu erreichen. Supermarkt und Restaurants ausreichend in der Nähe. Kinder hatten wir nicht dabei aber für die Kleinen ist bei Sandro ausreichend gesorgt mit Spielen, Spielküche, Kuscheltiere und vieles mehr. Dieses Haus kann ich nur empfehlen. Sollten wir wieder einmal diese Gegend besuchen wäre Sandro meine erste Adresse.. Danke für die schöne Zeit.

Sehr saubere und bestens eingerichtete Unterkunft. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns sofort Zuhause gefühlt. Etwas abgelegen dafür sehr ruhig aber dennoch mit Auto schnell in Lucca. Danke an Co-Host Ingrid für den professionellen und netten check-in/out. Gerne wieder einmal 😀

Prekrasna kuća i prekrasni domaćini. Dočekali su nas kod dolaska i pokazali kuću koja je besprijekorno čista i dostupno je sve pa čak i više no što treba jedna kuća za odmor. Nama je bila idealna pozicija za istraživanje Toskane. Ogromno ograđeno dvoriste za naša 2 psa koji su uzivali. Moj savjet da koristite vlak za posjet Firenci, od kuće je 8 min autom do željezničkog kolodvora, besplatan parking... 1 sat i 10 min vozi do Firence i ne morate traziti parking 😃. Hvala domaćinima ✨

I took this trip with my sister to San Gimignano and it was absolutely incredible! The views from Egizia’s house were just stunning and breathtaking! From the beginning Egizia was very easy to get into contact with about any questions that I had. She gave wonderful recommendations and booked everything for me! We went to a winery that she had suggested and it was great! The Pilates instructor Giulia was also amazing! And with the hills as our scenery it was such a cool and incredible experience! My sister and I had so much fun! This was an unforgettable trip! We’ll definitely have to come back again!

Lorenzo e Luca due ottimi Host super disponibili e accoglienti. Alloggio essenziale, comodo e pulito , parcheggio adiacente , fermata bus , bar tavola fredda, rosticceria, lavanderia self, sotto casa . A 15 minuti a piedi dal centro e dall' ippodromo per i concerti .

We absolutely loved this Airbnb! The location was perfect - walkable to everything in Florence. The host was very quick to respond and very polite. The apartment itself is very spacious, clean, modern and great for a group of 6. It is a lot of stairs - this was actually a positive thing for us, as we needed a little exercise to burn off all of the pizza consumption haha. But be prepared that you will need to get your suitcases up / down the stairs. Overall we loved this spot and definitely would book it again!

Pauline was very helpful, and the apartment was beautiful and clean. The location is very quiet, but walkable to everything in the area. The patio is a shared patio, but we were the only ones ever there. Would definitely stay here again.

Daniela's place in Florence was the perfect balance of a quiet neighborhood and being close to the city center. The apartment was comfortable and clean and was only a 2-3min walk to the tram that takes you right to the city center of Florence where all the iconic sights and food can be reached. The apartment also had had all the necessary amenities for a few nights stay. The laundry machine and drying rack were easily available and were a much appreciated amenity. There was also a lockable, enclosed one car garage reserved for the apartment that we left our car in during our stay. The neighborhood also felt very safe and quiet even at night. Daniela was a great host who was very responsive and friendly and helpful with everything we needed. If you find yourself looking for a place outside the busy city center to stay while in Florence I highly recommend Danielas place!

This AirBnb was so charming and in a perfect location. We enjoyed some downtime in the garden area after a long day of walking. Deanna was extremely helpful and made recommendations for restaurants and sights to see. She was very communicative and helpful.

Sabina’s place is immaculate and in a great location for all the main attractions of Pisa. We were able to walk easily to and from the apartment and there is a lift for carrying bags up and down the stairs. Sabina communicated quickly and was very helpful. We’d highly recommend the apartment and will be staying again next week.
