A l'étage se trouvent la chambre et la salle de bain (baignoire, WC). A l'extérieur, il y a une cour privative pour passer d'agréables moments (table, chaises, transats, store). En plein centre du Grand-Auverné à proximité des commerces (boulangerie/épicerie, bar/restaurant, coiffeur). A 16km de Châteaubriant.
