Possibilité de pêcher sur l'étang de la propriété. Accessible aux PMR. Interdit de fumer et de vapoter. Animaux de compagnie non-accepté. A l'étage se trouvent la chambre et la salle de bain (baignoire, WC). A l'extérieur, il y a une cour privative pour passer d'agréables moments (table, chaises, transats, store). En plein centre du Grand-Auverné à proximité des commerces (boulangerie/épicerie, bar/restaurant, coiffeur). A 16km de Châteaubriant.

Welcome to the country of the Vilaine valleys, a stone's throw from the Corbinières valley between Rennes – Nantes and Redon, in the "Piais" cottage in Guipry-Messac (green station, 1st ecotourism label in France). The cottage is a building on my farm where I came as a little girl to milk the cows with my mom. It fell into ruin and I was able to renovate it 10 years ago and equip it inside and out so that you can enjoy it with your families and friends.
