Close to outdoor and indoor swimming pool, park (green belt that goes around the old town) and of course the old town with shopping, cafes, bars, museums (medicine and museum for concrete art). The small town of Friedberg is romantically situated on a hill and is always worth a visit. The train station (Augsburg-Hochzoll) can be reached on foot in 15 minutes, from where you can quickly reach Augsburg, Munich or the Allgäu. Culturally, there is plenty to explore. The property is located on the first floor in a former farmhouse with free parking in front of the house. Garage parking, as well as charging facilities for electric cars are possible on request. Our vacation home is located in a quiet, idyllic area surrounded by forest and fields, only a few minutes away from Erding. It has a separate, private entrance and accommodates 2 guests. Destinations like the Therme Erding, the Munich Trade Fair and the Munich airport can be easily reached by car. Excellent public transport connection brings you to Munich's Marienplatz within 40 minutes. The S-Bahn train station can be reached by stairs.

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.
