Sie verfügt über eine kleine Küche , ein schickes Badezimmer mit begehbarer Dusche , einem Schlafzimmer und einem Wohnzimmer mit Essecke und einer gemütlicher Couch/Schlafcouch. Die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer, bietet sich als Schlafmöglichkeiten für eine weitere Person oder 1-2 Kinder an. Der große runder Tisch im Wohnzimmer , kann auch als Arbeitsplatzt genutzt werden. Der Flur wird als Durchgang zur oberen Wohnung genutzt.
