The property has a 10x5m swimming pool with solarium and garden area. From the pool you have a breathtaking view onto the coastline. The apartment has a huge terrace facing the seaside where you can dine and enjoy crickets chirping in the sicilian summer nights. For the BBQ lover the apartment offers a BBQ. The living space is luminous, open and spacious. Guests are free to use garden, swimming pool and terrace. The ground floor is inhabited by my lovely parents who take care of everything surrounding the property. They speak german and english, so if you need help they are happy to help you out. The apartment is part of a hilltop villa surrounded by beautiful gardens. Located in a quiet area, it offers a fantastic respite to relax in peace. For everything else, the charming town of Cefalu is just a short drive away. The property is on a hilltop and is 6km from Cefalu town. In town you can find everything you need. The property is immersed in nature and has no supermarket at walking distance. A car is necessary to get around!!

Great apartment. We had a lovely time. Pros: Great view, beautiful pool. Brand new apartment, very clean and well arranged. Quiet residence, possibility of walking down to the beach below. Kindness of the hosts and house staff. The -: Lots of mosquitoes in the evening but the hosts provide electrical outlets to fight mosquitoes.

I have just finished a stay at this beautiful home and I can only compliment both the property and the host's hospitality. The house is absolutely charming, with attention to detail and equipped with every comfort imaginable. The rooms are clean, cozy and tastefully furnished, creating a perfect and relaxing atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The location is perfect, surrounded by tranquility but at the same time close to all the main attractions and above all a stone's throw from the sea. But the real added value is the host: a kind person, helpful and always ready to provide useful tips to make your stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend staying here.

A Sicilian dream! This home was immaculately clean in every corner, comfortable and cozy due to the interior and exterior design of the indoor and outdoor furniture, bedding, amenities and decor beautifully decorated with so much attention to detail of each object, the location- breathtaking and away from the normal everyday rush. The panoramic view gives you the landscape of the Sicilian island, sunset on the Tyrrhenian Sea, rolling hills and mountains all while being surrounded by the peaceful stillness of an olive grove. Thanks to Maria Renata for making this trip a truly relaxing and enjoyable too short dream come true! A special thank you as well to Lina who was so sweet and welcoming with her warm friendliness making us feel right at home when she checked us in and out!

Anna is a very sweet and very attentive hostess who immediately responds to messages and took very good care of us. The best thing about this quiet place is the beach right on the doorstep, which was also almost deserted in early June. If you're looking for peace, this is the place to be. We felt very comfortable and came back home super rested and relaxed, that's exactly what vacation should be like 😌

We had a great week! Our children loved being so close to the beach and enjoyed being outside most of the time. The beach was lovely, quiet and very natural. Beach sunsets were amazing! The kitchen was really well equipped and we enjoyed eating outside on the two terraces. A great base for exploring the north coast and Madonie mountains!
