We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for 6 people and 1 small child, by arrangement with pets, on around 100 square meters in any season. It is located on a sunny slope, not far from the Mölltal Glacier and many excursion destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/cross-country skiing, canoeing and much more.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. The wonderful tranquility and the beautiful view of the Grossarl mountain and natural landscape is ideal for relaxing and recharging. In winter, Grossarl has a state-of-the-art ski resort with beautiful downhill runs and deep snow slopes. Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.

The cabin is located 1700 metres above sea level and therefore ideal for winter and summer.
