We offer our guests comfortable single, double and triple rooms with breakfast and self-catered apartments for up to four or five persons, all with balconies. Ihr bekommt von mir eine Gästekarte, damit könnt ihr die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel gratis nutzen. Abtenau ist ein toller Ort zum Wandern, Mountainbiken oder einfach nur zum Spazierengehen. Es gibt Wasserfälle, wunderschöne Almen, ein geniales Freibad speziell für Kinder, Minigolf, eine Sommerrodelbahn. Frühstück € 15 pro Person.

The house is located in Schüttdorf, on the south side of the lake. It is a quiet street with parking space. It is about 1 km from the nearest ski lift (Areitbahn), 10 minutes walk and 4 minutes by car. There is a very large parking lot. And about 5 minutes from the nearest stop of the ski bus. Zell am See city is a 3-minute drive. The lake is less than a 5-minute bike ride away. The house is surrounded by mountains that can all be climbed, there is enough hiking fun for every level.

Our farmhouse is situated 1000 meters above sea level, right in the middle in between Kitzbühel and Zell am See. It takes only five minutes to the ski area of Kitzbühel, in summer you can start hiking right in front o the house. A bus stopp is only several meters away. Our view is amazing: all the peaks of the "Hohe Tauern" are right in front of us. Our farm has a large garden. Singles, families with children, couples, groups - everyone is welcome!
