You can spend wonderfully relaxing winter evenings in front of the wood stove. Ski areas, toboggan runs, Zell am See, Kaprun can be reached in no time by car. Mountains, as well as alpine huts, mountain bike routes and hiking trails are also in the immediate vicinity. The tourist tax is included in the price.

Our family-run organic farm is situated 985 m above sea level with a beautiful view on the alps. We are surrounded by skiing areas: Zell am See-Schmittenhöhe, Kaprun-Kitzsteinhorn, Kitzbühel, Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Leogang. In addition, the Krimml Waterfalls and the Grossglockner High Alpine Road are close. The apartment is situated on the bottom floor of the farmhouse. It has its own entrance and a cosy sheltered patio with a great view that is situated directly next to a big garden.

Homey Cottage with Glacier View

Our homey mountain retreat used to be my grandparents' place and has been completely renovated just recently. We wanted to preserve the snug and cosy traditional atmosphere with a combination of traditional furniture and a more modern almost minimalistic kind of interior. We kept parts of the traditional furniture and a beautiful collection of my granddad's handcarved portraits on the ground floor and combined it with bright wood and white on the first floor to leaven the atmosphere.

The entire living unit is on the ground floor, and a private front garden invites you to relax outdoors. In the immediate vicinity are supermarkets, restaurants, bars, ATM, bus station. Free ski bus to Kaprun is only 300 meters away. The new Areitbahn gondola with ski school is only 700 m away and is within walking distance.

From there it is only a 5-minute walk to the center of Piesendorf with restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, bus stop, tourist office, etc. The ski areas of Zell am See and Kaprun (glacier), the Tauernspa in Kaprun, the Zell am See golf course are only a few minutes away by car. A guest card with numerous discounts is included.

Absolute secluded location and yet in the middle of the European sports region Kaprun, Zell am See. You can easily escape everyday life in our hut and spend cozy days with your families or friends. Our latest highlight is a smoker including an instruction book. Our hut is ideally suited for 2 to 4 people. Electricity + water available.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

Welcome! Our apartment was completely rebuilt in 2019 and offers you everything you need for an unforgettable stay in the mountains. The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the Zell am See/Kaprun holiday region. The countless destinations in the region will make your vacation a real experience. It's just minutes to the Tauern Spa or the Kaprun Glacier. Zell am See can be reached in approx. 10 minutes by car or train.

The cozy 2-room apartment is located in a former apartment hotel between Kaprun and Zell am See. The apartment on the 2nd floor is south-facing and offers a large balcony. In summer, a large outdoor pool is available for all residents to share. Golf course, Tauern-Spa, sports airfield, swimming lake, restaurants, etc. are minutes away. Winter: Ski bus very close by. A ski cellar with ski boot warmer is available in the house.
