This beautiful exclusive luxury villa (220m2) with a newly installed pool heater is located at the pretigius Las Colinas Golf & Country Club. Guests can enjoy the private heated swimming pool (supplementary charge for the heating) and a large terrace space. It is located on an elevated plot with scenic views over the Mediterranean sea. The house has a modern look and feel, and is very spacious and light. 3 double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. Large kitchen with a nice cooking island.

The villa has enough facilities to have a wonderful vacation. The villa is situated against the magnificient "Area Natural Rio Seco",the nature reserve in el Pinar the Campo Verde. In front of the villa you’ll see a protected nature reserve named, natural Rio Seco. Hiking in the Rio Seco is lovely. Taking a dive in the pool or enjoying the jacuzzi beneath the starry sky.
