More than what I could ask for. Beautifully decorated interior. Spacious,well lit area, easy to talk to host and friendly! We enjoyed our stay very well. It exceeded our expectations by far! Thank you Lavinia hopefully we will be back next year.

We had a great stay. Condo was very comfortable and nice. Location was convenient to everything and beach was very nice and quiet. It was our first visit but we will definitely be back next y.

Perfect location and amenities from the beach club across the street without the crowds was an awesome bonus. Pool and beach and gym access was amazing without having to pay for parking elsewhere. Just walk across the street. Apartment was homie and relaxing

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment I arrived, the host made me feel incredibly welcome. Communication was clear and timely, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I could have asked for. The location was perfect, close to airport, and yet peaceful enough to truly relax. What really stood out was the host’s hospitality—friendly, helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure my stay was perfect. It felt less like a rental and more like a home away from home. We liked the place a lot. If we want to stay in Tampa or Westchase again, we will definitely try to rent from Gustavo again. Me and my son especially liked the gym, coworking space and pool area. Appartment was better than expected.

We had a great stay at Sasa’s place. The pool was wonderful and warm, people we encountered were extremely friendly, balcony was fantastic, and the area itself was great. Sasa was also incredibly responsive. Highly recommend - everything was exactly as described, and we felt very safe.

Wonderful place. Agnes communicated clearly and checked up on us the whole time we were there. The condo was stocked with everything we needed: linens, paper products, stuff for the beach and even basic supplies for cooking. The condo complex was well maintained. It is one of the cleanest places we’ve rented. And the mattress was firm, not needing replacing. We will definitely stay here again.

The accommodation is simply perfect. Upon our arrival, it was impeccably clean. As mentioned in the description, it’s clear that it has been recently renovated. It’s very modern and comfortable. The location is safe and peaceful, with a swimming pool. The host was very helpful upon our arrival and extremely proactive. A great highlight is the equipment provided—we were able to use a set of chairs and a beach umbrella. In short, there’s nothing negative to say. I highly recommend it 100%.

The condo was exactly as described. A great location—close to the beach but far enough away from the crowds. Loved the tasteful decor. Brendan was very communicative and provided some of their favorite places….many of which we visited. Would stay again!

5 Stars PLUS!!! A DEFINITE KEEPER on our list of places to stay. The condo was PRISTINE CLEAN, everything from dishes, silverware, appliances, sheets, blankets, pillows bedding, furniture and decor was QUALITY! No expense was spared! The unit has been updated and really felt like brand new. King size bed was so comfortable! Linens all smelled fresh! AMAZING shower! Large bathroom, very comfortable! Extremely organized and no detail was forgotten! You will NOT be disappointed and will actually find it to be better than you could have expected! We thoroughly enjoyed the large heated pool. Though there is a lot to do in and around the area, our stay at Nick’s place was very peaceful and quiet. We could not have been happier!

Lisa was very accommodating, she let us check in early. Place is beautiful, clean and well stocked. Close to beach. She even bought my fur baby a bed and some toys. Would definitely stay again!

This is the second time I stayed at this condo and it never ceases to amaze. The place was just as I remembered, perfect. Christopher was a great host. He was highly communicative and even checked in when the weather got bad due to a hurricane in the area. We recommend this place when you need a peaceful place next to the beach. I’ve seen lots of hosts referred to as superhosts, but this description really fits Larissa!! Her condo is the perfect location, close to Clearwater Beach & a lovely small town called Dunedin. The pool was a walk that was literally a seconds from the condo. It was clean, quiet & very relaxing. I didn’t have many questions that weren’t explained in her information but when I did Larissa answered very quickly. Don’t hesitate to book this space that was perfect for 2-3 people. We enjoyed our stay! We went to several local beaches. Clearwater Beach is crowded and parking is difficult but other local beaches were worth driving a bit further. We were able to walk to Abe’s Restaurant right next door. Great food and extremely convenient. The condos pool is lovely and less crowded in the mornings and evenings. We absolutely loved the gym! Next to the gym is a “library” a little room with board games, books and puzzles. The amenities such as the beach chairs, noodles and towels were great! The space was perfect for the three of us and a short drive to the everything!

I think this has been my favorite stay so far. The home was beautiful. The location was perfect for the graduation we were in town for. And Hoa was always responsive to any and all messages that were sent. We would definitely stay here again.

House is very spacious had everything we needed there was a kids park within walking distance and the beach was close as well

The house was amazing and perfect for what we were looking for on our extended weekend. Kenny was the most responsive host I have ever had and was so accommodating. Highly recommend!!

We stayed at Elliott and Kylie’s beautiful home in St. Petersburg, FL. To say It exceeded our expectations was an understatement. Pool, golf simulator, pool table, volleyball, video games, the fun was endless! Any questions we had Elliott and Kylie were extremely responsive and checked in on us daily to make sure our stay was comfortable. High recommend renting through them!

Andrew was an amazing host who was very responsive and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again!

Billie & Mindy's studio is the perfect place to stay for a solo traveller. The apartment was clean, quiet, cozy and well-stocked. I loved the courtyard decorations and being able to walk to the waterfront, local restaurants & shops, etc. Location couldn't be better, St Pete and other major beaches are all within 10-20 min drive. Highly recommend, would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Very clean and comfortable bungalow with a stellar backyard area with lots of seating and places to lounge. Multiple tvs and a very fun game room, and three spacious bedrooms. Located in a great area with just two miles to Publix and other retail locations. The kitchen was fully stocked - could use a little love, as the silverware and cutlery were well used - and clean. The hosts are truly the hidden asset of this unit. Upon arrival, we learned that the previous tenant had broke the coffee pot. We asked Lorena about this on arrival and had a new coffee pot delivered in 90 minutes! Never had faster responses to any requests, and it was all positive. Very impressed and would stay again.
