My Husband and I booked with Caroline last minute (Same day) and she was kind. The apartment was perfect. Kitchen had everything we need and Roku for TV. Very close to shopping and beach! We ran out of propane and they immediately replaced it. Very kind hearted. Thank again Caroline. We will definitely be back!

Victor was very attentive and friendly, giving us a ton of local recommendations. The location was quiet and remote, but within a 10 minute drive to downtown St Pete. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We loved it here! The screened in porch was a great way to start our morning, without the giant grasshoppers getting you 😂 The pool was steps away, lots of things to do near by, the place was clean and honestly very comfy beds! We had everything we needed and Maggie was super easy to communicate with! The only thing I’d say (for people that it would be a dealbreaker as I’ve seen a. Few mention) the water gets cold fast. So don’t anticipate all jumping into the shower all together. If you’re light sleeper, go to bed early or sleep in the upstairs neighbors are easily heard. This did not bother me, but just incase for anyone else!

I stayed at Jeremy's for about a week and had a great experience! The property is just as it is described, and the keyless entry is easy. I picked it for the location as I have family that lives nearby and I was able to walk down the Pinellas trail which is just about a block away. As for food, I found a nice cafe around the corner (Wildflower) which is really good. The property is super clean, nice kitchen, and comfy bed. Excellent communication with Jeremy/Mia. I would definitely stay here again!

The beach is literally steps away, but truthfully, I barely needed to leave the property. The pool is warm and inviting, the lounge areas are serene, and the attention to detail throughout the space is unmatched. Every comfort you can imagine is thoughtfully provided—from beach wagons and umbrellas to luxurious towels and a perfectly appointed kitchen. This wasn't just a stay; it was a spiritual reset. Loved our long weekend at Kaitlyn’s place. Looks exactly as pictured in the photos, clean, cozy, and really appreciated the toiletry & other items provided ( ex. Trash bags, towels, kitchen supplies etc.) we didn’t have to make a run to the store immediately upon arrival , which was nice after a long ride to FL. Would totally book again !

I needed a space last minute and came across David’s place, absolutely loved it. Great peaceful location in a good neighborhood walking distance to stores and shops, the washer and dryer access was a bonus as well as how responsive and friendly the hosts were. I will definitely be staying again and highly recommend to anyone looking in the Clearwater area!

The house is cozy, comfortable, cleaned, and in a great location. You will find a very close mall with stores, restaurantes, and a Publix. We had an amazing and relaxing stay. We felt like home! I really recommend this place!

This was our second stay at Lise's place, and our stay was enhanced by Lise's exceptional communication with us, as well as the comfortable, clean and peaceful surroundings. We had a great time at Ruta’s airbnb. She was always very quick to respond when we needed anything which was greatly appreciated. She has everything you would need at her airbnb and she gave us great recommendations.

Mariana was amazing even with some technical difficulties with the app she was right on top of it and helped walk us through what we needed to do, including how to extend trip.

This house was top notch! We booked the house to attend a concert and we almost wanted to skip the concert because of how perfectly relaxing and comfortable the house was. 🥰 I work with vacation rentals for a living. Trust me when I say David is doing everything right. He was so friendly and responsive. The house was super clean and perfect in every way. I give it ALL the 🌟’s! Can’t wait to return.

Immaculate house. All appliances. A/C and TVs worked great. Beach gear in garage. Quick drive to beach and restaurants. 30 minutes from TPA airport. 20 minutes to Clearwater. We woud rent it again.

the house was clean and inviting. the neighborhood was also very quiet and close to town which had just about any store you would need in a 5-10 minute distance. beach is supposed to be 15 mins but that depends on the traffic which can get kinda bad but overall it was very good. plenty of utensils and plates and kitchen artillery to cook with. beds are cozy and showers are pristine clean. only thing i will say is for a 3 bedroom that can sleep around 8, there should be more clean towels because we only had three i think. otherwise very delightful stay, and i'd definitely go again

Marta is a pro host, she is attentive and quick to address any issues. Things happen and how those things are handled is what makes the difference between an ok experience and a great experience. I would absolutely stay at Marta's place again. Her place is equipped with all that you need to be comfortable and to feel right at home. The place is an excellent value!

Daniel‘s condo was the perfect little stay for us. It is quiet and private. The people at the pool were so friendly. It’s one of the most comfortable beds in the world. We found a very nice authentic restaurant Mexican close by and shopping was within walking distance. The condo was neat and clean and had everything we needed.

This was a great weekend getaway for me and my family. The place was great and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. Plus we got to bring our fur baby so no one was left out.
