The private studio is located in an exceptional place, in connection with the nature and horses. Studio includes a large living room 50m² with a kitchen and a bathroom, including a mezzanine for sleeping. The studio is completely renovated. Located in the Sarthe, 30 mins from Le Mans (24H/Mans), 40mins from Laval and 15 mins from Sablé sur Sarthe. It's a peaceful and rejuvenating place. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space.

Apartment located in the center of Noyen-sur-Sarthe in a quiet alley overlooking the Sarthe River that can accommodate up to 4 people. Close to shops (bakery, butcher, pharmacy, restaurants, bar, supermarket...). The accommodation is 25 minutes from Le Flèche Zoo, 30 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit and 20 minutes from the Bailleul toll. The major cities nearby are Le Mans 30 minutes, Angers and Laval 50 minutes.

Country house 15 minutes from Le Mans

House equipped for 4 people located at the exit of the village and in a cul-de-sac. Easy access from the A11 highway. 7 km from Suze-sur-Sarthe. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place between Le Mans and Sablé-sur-Sarthe. It's a detached house but we're neighbors. You can take your morning walk along the municipal path. We love animals and have some miniature cows and horses. See you soon.
