This comfortable apartment is located in the quiet spa town of Vráž u Písku, an ideal place for relaxing and exploring the beauty of nature. It offers two bedrooms – one of them has a balcony overlooking the fields, each with its own TV. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a dining table for 4, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. The apartment is located in a house on the edge of a field, which guarantees unique views and a quiet environment. At the same time, it is just a short walk to Písek, where you can find cafes, restaurants, and other services.

Chata Šimterka has been completely renovated and modernized. There is a swimming pool right next to the cottage, and in the lower part of the complex there is a great Finnish sauna. The Otava River is about 100 m from the cottage. On the ground floor of the cottage, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living area with a sofa bed (2 beds) and a bathroom with a toilet and a shower. On the first floor there is a bedroom with 4 beds (1 double bed, 2 single beds). The cottage has two beautiful terraces.

The village is located on the river Lužnica (possibility of fishing), and there are the ruins of a castle and a Gothic church, near the town of Bechyně.
