Beautiful one bedroom parterre flat with own entrance and little garden. The house is located in Genova which is an emblematic area with a village like feel in Palma. Very well connected with a bus stop just 1min by foot and only 7 min to palma centre and 5min to closest beach by bus. There is a pharmacy, plenty of local restaurants and a little shop for buying groceries open every day, just walking distance from the house.

The location is perfect for exploring the island by car, scooter, motorbike or bicycle. We have local bars, restaurants, supermarkets and ATMs on our doorstep, and the centre of Palma is just a 10 minute drive away.
