Lovely home and beautiful views! Téo is a wonderful host - so friendly and welcoming. We were very comfortable and greatly enjoyed our stay.

The places is perfect.

Great stay, great location, great views. Very close to many bars and restaurants. Not too noisy at night. The only slightly negative aspect was the shower. Basically made the entire floor flooded. Overall, i would recommend the place and would definitely return.

We loved our stay at the Alice Villa. Location is truly fantastic for shopping and loads of restaurants. We spent quite a bit of time at the villa when the weather wasn’t the greatest and we couldn’t have been happier. Thank you Marianna for the wonderful hospitality and the gifts. Have to mention the people we met in the restaurants and on the streets, soooo friendly. We were very sad to leave. Could’ve stayed a lot Longer. Book it, youll love it. Until next time.

Very nice modern house (less than five years old?) overlooking the sea. Everything in very good working order, including powerful air conditioning in the bedrooms. Frequent cleaning of the pool area was a benefit, particularly when a storm had come in the night before. Very convenient to Rethymno as well as to several bakeries and restaurants towards the centre of the island.

What a wonderful house! We were surprised to be so close to 2 lovely beaches, great hikes and a delicious restaurant. We’re a family with 3 young kids and they loved the swing, swinging bench, jacuzzi, space to play inside. Dimitris left a baby crib, high chair, and toddler potty for us which was super helpful. The best was Dimitris was very kind upon greeting us late at night when we arrived.

We had a great stay. The villa was immaculate and spacious. There was plenty of room for the whole family (8 adults and two children). Games room was well used. Kostas responded really quickly throughout the stay. We had chosen not to heat the pool but on arrival changed our mind as it was a bit too cold. This was sorted without a fuss early next morning. There was a dust/rain storm on the second day. The owner came round to check the villa and organised the cleaners for next day. She spent two hours cleaning around the pool so we could use it. The view from the villa was spectacular, the only draw back being the walk up the steep hill…

The host was very serviceminded and gave us good informations about where to go, where to eat etc. And she was easily accessible through SMS.

Beautiful, clean, and very responsive. The stay was as advertised. This home is well maintained, comfortable , and close to everything.

There will not be enough superlatives to describe this place. The location overlooking the Venetian Harbor was amazing. The house is historic, beautiful and has all the amenities you will want. You literally won't believe the large rooftop deck with crazy views. The house had lots of interesting things to read, lots of space for a large group and it was stocked with maps and guidebooks. The neighborhood is completely safe. The in-person welcome from the hosts contained some really thoughtful surprises (you will need to find out yourself - I won't ruin the surprise welcome.). Great place. Great location. Kitchen was a bit small for the size of the space, but very workable. Air conditioning on the first level for the common space didn’t work (we notified the owner but were told we were wrong - we weren’t). But that didn’t really affect our stay. If the weather was hotter I could see it being an issue. But overall, we really enjoyed the rental.

Words can’t describe how incredible this home is. Every corner you looked there was a masterpiece to be found. Beautifully decorated is an understatement, this Airbnb was curated over years and years of living. It was nested in the heart of the town. I will 100% be coming back. This place was super cute and very convenient in a area in town that is close to everything but not loud at night and less touristy. I would definitely recommend it and he was very responsive as a host. Every time I call he was there right away and answered right away. The place is also very attractive.

Jeronimo is a really great host. Very, very friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable and welcome right away. The accommodation is beautifully located above the small Soudabucht with magnificent views. Two recommended taverns are within walking distance. Jeronimo's bar is also great and not to be missed. We can highly recommend the beautiful, simple but functional accommodation.

Retro Gaming Paradise – A Perfect Stay! We had an amazing time at this apartment! The place was a nostalgic dream for any retro gaming fan—fully stocked with classic consoles like the N64, Dreamcast, Game Boys, and more! along with a great selection of games. It was the perfect setup to unwind and relive some childhood favorites. The space itself was beautifully designed—clean, cozy, and super aesthetic, with thoughtful touches that really gave it character. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we slept like babies each night. The location was also ideal—close to everything - center , food places, shops, beach , with easy access to local attractions. On top of all that, George is a fantastic host : friendly, responsive, and full of excellent local recommendations that really added to the experience!! Highly recommend this spot for gamers or anyone looking for a unique and comfortable stay!

Fantastic property with its own terrace affording great views over Chania. Loungers, tables, chairs, coffee table, soft chairs all there for our own personal use. Large canopy affording shade to sit under. Inside a gem. Spotless interia with quality bed linen and a beautiful set table with linen napkins. All you need in the kitchen, plenty of crockery and cutelry, pans etc. Large TV with Netflix available. Anastasia was an attentive host availanble to assist if/when required very swiftly. Recommend this accomodation for couples.

Wonderful Experience at the Villa Elias! Our stay at the villa was perfect. The sea view was breathtaking, especially during sunset – a true sense of calm, quiet, and complete privacy. Choosing this villa was an excellent decision, especially because of the heated pool, which the kids absolutely loved. They enjoyed both swimming and playing in the spacious garden. The villa is well-equipped, with many useful items that made our stay very comfortable, including an air pump for pool toys. The location is also great – close to shops, supermarkets, and pharmacies. We enjoyed our vacation at Kostas tremendously. The accommodation is even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. It is a beautiful, spacious villa with a large garden around it + private swimming pool. Communication with Kostas went well. He wanted to help. The accommodation was clean and had various amenities. After two days, I unfortunately had all these bumps on my legs that looked like flea bites (presumably from the cats that lie on the chairs at night). I informed Kostas about this and he immediately called in a pest control service. This was very much appreciated. After that, no longer suffered from these bites. We would definitely recommend Kostas' accommodation!

We spent 9 wonderful nights and days at the villa as a family with three children which is really very nice. The house and the terrace are very spacious and spacious, very ideal with children. Everything very well and clean. Surrounded by olive groves and individual houses. Very quiet and private, with large pool area. From the terrace overlooking the sea. There are orange trees in the garden, and we were allowed to pick the oranges and squeeze juice ourselves, which was very great. Argyris was very kind and helpful, he received and personally received late at night and provided shopping for us, which we really appreciated. Thank you for that! During the week, the cleaning service came and made the beds new, top service, like in the hotel. The only flaw is the internet/wifi, which unfortunately is weak and inconsistent. Otherwise great, happy to come back!

The stay was good, private and secluded. All listed amenities were present. Pool and BBQ were crucial to us, also worth to mention: there is an A/C unit in each room. Wifi was perfectly stable. You can hear the road noises, but it is manageable, it didn't affect our experience.

We had a fantastic time at the villa, it’s easily the best villa we’ve ever stayed in. It’s better than the photos - which is a rare thing. The view is amazing and it’s super peaceful. A fan base for exploring beautiful Crete. The owner Giannis met us at the villa and had even bought groceries for us including a lovely bottle of local wine, such a nice touch to start our holiday. He’s really welcoming and had plenty of good recommendations for us. The pool is fantastic and our girls really enjoyed themselves playing. Lake Kourna is a must visit and you’ve a beautiful view of it from the villa. Thanks for a truly memorable stay - We will certainly stay here again.

We had a really great time there. The apartment is very nice and clean, everything as in the pictures. Sofia was always available and always made sure that we had everything we needed. We can only recommend everyone to go there. We would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you for everything.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Kedria! Along with the amazing view of Chania and Souda, the house was incredibly beautiful, clean, and provided everything we needed for our stay in Chania. The hosts were extremely hospitable and responded to every question and request promptly. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was an extension of their home. They provided all of the necessary baby gear and essentials for our little one, who also had a great time enjoying the pool. We’ve never had more caring and responsive hosts. They gave us so many travel tips and food recommendations that made our stay here in Chania one of our most memorable vacations. HIGHLY recommend staying here!

Maryellen communicated really well before and during the stay. The house is a fantastic location but you need a car or taxi to get to local restaurants and into Chania. Maryellen even booked the taxi for us to Chania. The house is fully equipped with everything. The views are amazing over looking the sea. The outside space is great with magical pool. It’s on a hill so probably not suitable for people who find it difficult with stairs and because the pool is an infinity pool you would need to be careful of children in the pool. The house is private and in a quiet location. We will be going back, one of the best Airbnb we have been to.
