Wonderful treatment, accommodation and unbeatable atmosphere. The accommodation and the estate were new and everything was taken care of, down to the last detail Both Ramona and her husband provided us with a great stay. We will definitely repeat.

Really enjoyed the whole accommodation both indoor and outdoor with everything catered for. The whole complex is very well maintained and the pool was lovely. The beach is immediately accessible from the pool area and was never crowded and had safe bathing. Good choice of local restaurants and a use Spar supermarket only 200 metres away.

Victoria and Daniel could not have been more attentive, warm and friendly. Their willingness to help was just so amazing!! Their response to our messages was immediate. They treated us more like family from the time we arrived - and even before that by insisting they meet us at the bus station and dropping us off at the end of our stay. Be in no doubt, Victoria and Daniel deserve more stars than we are able to give them.

A really nice studio-style apartment with a large terrace overlooking the gardens. The perfect place for a peaceful stay with the luxury of having a large pool on site. Very quiet at the time we were there which made it feel like we had the place to ourselves, and the few owner-occupiers we did meet were lovely. Car necessary to get around the area conveniently, but the apartment is centrally located between Denia and Javea with the village of Jesus Pobre and it's number of very nice local restaurants a 3-minute drive away. The apartment is superbly equipped and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The communication with Ingrid was just wonderful – she was always friendly, helpful and very straightforward. For our family of four, the space was more than sufficient, and the location of the apartment is simply fantastic. The view from the terrace has enchanted us every day! We would like to sincerely thank Ingrid and look forward to our next visit!😍

We stayed at Laura's place for about 6 weeks, at the end of our stay it felt like we always lived here, a cozy and comfortable apartment. The apartment is very practical with two bathrooms, a lovely terrace and a separate kitchen. There is an elevator in the house, which is very convenient for a family with a child. The house is close to the sea, along the sea is a lovely pedestrian area. Cafes, restaurants are just a step away. A large grocery store is a 5-minute walk away. Plenty of available parking in the month of April. Laura is a wonderful host, and very easy to communicate with. The city itself is just a great place, especially for families. If you prefer to live in an apartment, then there is no better place. Highly recommended.

Excellent stay at Alfredo's, the apartment is very well located, charming with the pretty terraces on both sides. The street is quiet with close proximity to cafes, restaurants...we were welcomed very well (welcome basket) thank you for this relaxing and exotic stay! See you soon

Excellent place, recommended for a couple, very comfortable. The best thing is the views of the sea and the city of Altea. You need a car if you want to go shopping and get around. Beautiful beaches to walk to from the property.

Thank you very much, Clotilde, for a wonderful stay and your great hospitality. We arrived a little late and were greeted with a large fruit basket. The apartment was perfect, and contains everything you need for a successful holiday. The terrace with the beautiful view is absolutely beautiful and is a nice place to drink your morning coffee. Right below the apartment there is a nice beach promenade that takes you into the city. Altea has many good restaurants and the old town is really charming. On the last day, we had a late return flight to Norway and were able to borrow the apartment for free for a few extra hours. I'd love to come back to Clotilde's cozy apartment.

I stayed at Carlos’ wonderful apartment for three weeks and loved it. I have mobility issues and the fact that there was a lift and it’s on the raised ground floor was perfect for me. The front and back terraces mean sunshine all day and the complex pool and amenities are fabulous. The apartment is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. I will definitely book again. Carlos was very helpful, communicative and kind. An amazing stay!

Elena and Felix are very friendly hosts and gave us helpful tips on excursions and restaurants right from the start. The sparkling clean apartment is cozy and equipped with every comfort. Highlighted is the comfortable mattress - we slept wonderfully. A special highlight are the terraces, which are equipped with beautiful and comfortable garden furniture and offer magnificent views. The presence of a car is very useful due to the location of the apartment. All in all: a highly recommended holiday home!!

We had a wonderful stay in Silvia's nice and clean apartment with a welcoming reception. The terrace is nice with a beautiful view of the garden and the beautiful swimming pool. Good parking. Beautiful neighborhood. Gravastrand, old harbor and town within walking distance. Pleasant residents of the complex. We'd love to come back!

Thank you so much Jenny for taking care of us during our holiday at your place!! Jenny is such a great host and she did her most for us to feel welcome. The house is great, the kids just looove the pool area so much. Sitting outside drinking your morning coffe with the wiew of the mountain in the front of you is just great. To stay here you need to have a car for your own flexibilty but it's also easy to take a taxi to Calp city. We would recommend this place to everyone who need a few days to just relax. Thanks!!

The apartment was exactly as described. The back terrace has distant sea views, perfect for morning coffee watching the sunrise. The area is peaceful yet close enough to Denia's beaches and restaurants (7 mins drive). Excellent walking trails up the Montgo. Our host, Victor, was super responsive and helpful when we had some questions. Check in and check out was flexible too.

We stayed for 5 nights and had a wonderful time, Christian's place is a home from home, perfect for two people and in a lovely peaceful residential area tucked away up a road leading directly to the beach which was really beautiful with clean water to swim in daily, we enjoyed the two terraces one offering sea views and the other gorgeous mountain and pool views, restaurants close by were delicious and walks along the pier too to the port were incredibly accessible, had a great time, thanks so much Christian

Wow! This apartment is truly stunning! it is lovely on the photos but even better in real life. The moment we arrived I knew we were going to enjoy a brilliant week in Albir. Corrine is a super host and her attention to detail in the apartment is second to none, everything you could need has been thought of and provided. The apartment is stylish, spacious and everything is of the highest quality. We loved using the terrace, which is a sun trap during the day and also enjoyed using the pool located a short walk out the main entrance. All the shops, bars and restaurants are located within easy distance and the beach is round the corner too. We used the bus service ( number 10) on the main road to go both ways, one day to Benidorm and one day to Altea. There is also a brilliant supermarket 5 mins walk from the apartment. You will not find a better apartment than this and we are already looking forward to returning soon. Thank You so much Corrine for letting us stay in your wonderful home!
