Lucia's apartment more than met what was advertised. It is a spacious, bright apartment with an unbeatable location. It is 3 steps from the best entertainment venues, both restaurants and bars. Nothing noisy and the owner is very attentive. One thing, I would extend the check-out time a bit. Denia is a perfect place to have a few drinks after dinner and the next day you have to get up early to check out, it's hard. However, we will repeat!

The excellent location and the wonderful penthouse, just as it was in the photos and descriptions. We liked it a lot, we will definitely return if we come to Denia again.

The apartment was great and the beds were excellent. The elevator connection between the garage and the residential floor was great, and at the same time you could get to the swimming pool without any obstacles. The only downside was the construction in the area and its sounds, but even that was not too disturbing and decreases all the time. I recommend!

Sara's home was amazing!! Stunning views, easy access to the beach and Altea casco antiguo - which is also stunning!! You will not be disappointed! My only suggestion is to change out the primary bedroom mattress. It is very uncomfortable, in my opinion, unless you enjoy a hard mattress. There is a parking space but the garage is very tight. We rented a car - they gave us a Subaru Forester and one night we could not park in the garage due to how other cars were parked. Our car was too large. If you come with a smaller one you will be fine.

Great little town. The apartment was great, plenty of room with the suitcases. Fully matched the photos and ad. Quiet at night, neighbors were hardly heard or seen. It was told in advance that there were no grocery stores nearby, so we were able to prepare for that as well. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances, including a washing machine. The drying rack on the balcony is a little small.

Alvaros apartment was exactly as described and even better than the pictures. The apartment was pristine with great amenities. The location was right within the heart of old town with lots of bars and restaurants and a short walk from the beach. The hosts were so attentive and gave some great local recommendations. We've had a very nice stay at Wim's place. The house is lovely and Wim responded quickly to the questions we had along the way. We were two families with children and the house was a good fit for us. Quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful modern villa with amazing heated pool! We really enjoyed our stay at the villa, it was very clean, nice design and furniture and so convenient to have one bathroom per bedroom. Christelle was very responsive and friendly and she supported us a lot with all sort of questions we had during our stay. Everything is easily reachable by car and there are lots of nice area to explore around. The only watch out is that there is a construction site close by that you can hear - the pool side is protected by the house so it was not too disturbing but better to know that. That said, we would still highly recommend and we hope to be back since it’s a beautiful brand new and clean modern villa with private pool.

Really enjoyed the whole accommodation both indoor and outdoor with everything catered for. The whole complex is very well maintained and the pool was lovely. The beach is immediately accessible from the pool area and was never crowded and had safe bathing. Good choice of local restaurants and a use Spar supermarket only 200 metres away.

Elena and Felix are very friendly hosts and gave us helpful tips on excursions and restaurants right from the start. The sparkling clean apartment is cozy and equipped with every comfort. Highlighted is the comfortable mattress - we slept wonderfully. A special highlight are the terraces, which are equipped with beautiful and comfortable garden furniture and offer magnificent views. The presence of a car is very useful due to the location of the apartment. All in all: a highly recommended holiday home!!

The complex's pool is very large, with 2 slides, both my daughter and we had a great time, the beach bar is large and has several tables. To go to the beach you have to walk about 5 meters but it is a pleasant walk. Sonia is very kind, we had good communication and she made everything very easy for us, she is a very good host, she had prepared a basket with breakfast products for us. We will definitely repeat.

Franks apartment is decorated to a very high spec. It has all the amenities one needs. It is a 3 minute walk to a gorgeous beach. There are a lot of great eateries within a 2 min walk. This is one of the bests rentals I have stayed at. They even left me snacks and wine! Nothing negative to say!
