Holiday rentals with a patio in Platte River

Sanjar was an accommodating and flexible host with a stunning property. He was responsive, kind, and cheerful when communicating. The property itself is sparkling clean and beautifully appointed; the 15th floor view can’t be beat. Generous linens and toiletries, comfortable furniture, and great workstation. This is a great find for a weekend spent in the city. Thank you for everything!

We had a really nice stay! We visited some friends in Nebraska the place is very nice! The only thing is the fire alarms were super touchy, the upstairs guest cooked food that set the fire alarms off & smelled up the bottom floor. Other than that it was a super nice stay & the host even let us cook on the grill I’d definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was right off of a main road and easy to navigate throughout town, while still feeling tucked away and private, particularly as we were on the second story. Bed was incredibly comfortable and the space was just what we needed. As an added bonus, there is an amazing coffee shop a very short walk away for your morning coffee fix. We would stay at Gary's place again in a heartbeat!

This place was exactly as described. Perfect location in the old market, beautiful open loft with separate cozy bathroom, view of old market was fantastic with stunning windows. Rooftop patio was adorable. Fantastic restaurants and coffee shops are at your doorstep. The Old Market is one of my favorite places in Nebraska and this was a great way to experience it.

The space was incredibly cozy, spotless, and beautifully decorated—a modern vibe with vintage and charming touches that made it feel truly unique. One of our favorite features was the terrace, was a perfect hangout spot to relax and unwind. The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of downtown Fremont, walking distance to local bars, restaurants, and shops. It made everything so easy and enjoyable. Chris, the host, was exceptional—so welcoming and thoughtful. He also owns the wine bar just downstairs, which was such a bonus. He went above and beyond to accommodate our group, making us feel incredibly comfortable and taken care of. The stay exceeded our expectations. Would absolutely book again!

My husband and I stayed while in town for a car show. We weren't present any more than we would have been at a hotel setting but appreciated much more the homey feeling experienced outside a hotel. The upstairs setting was quaint, quiet with numerous pictures and decorum which I appreciated. There was a small refrigerator with a freezer which was much appreciated and a Keurig machine for us caffeine cravers. The bed was comfy with overhead fan and floor fan available and a/c in room which was not needed. Many outlets were available. We didn't have any time for TV and are used to our DISH network and not real familiar with streaming but it certainly posed no issues. We were delighted to find such a nice place and enjoyed our stay and car show. Thanks again. You have done a great job on this space...we felt welcomed.

Marv is great. Very kind, helpful and quick to respond. The property is super clean with comfortable beds. The internet is fast, the backyard is lovely, and the parking held both our cars with no problem. We were very pleased with our stay and will return.

The stay was great for my family of 5 - 3 kids ages 2-7. We felt very safe and it was a good walking distance for pool and park. And a good driving distance for kids things to do in nearby towns. Will stay again if back in the area!

This was our second stay for state track and we were not disappointed. The property was beautiful, homey, and well-equipped. Sara responded promptly to our needs. We will definitely return!

Beautiful and quiet place to stay. Bed in the master bedroom was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. We were in town for our oldest grandson's graduation. Lam allowed us to invite his friends and other out of town family members over for his graduation celebration. Probably one of the best places we've stayed.

The place was very clean! Great place for my kids with all the amenities . My entire family enjoyed it very much. Simple instructions, peaceful neighborhood, spacious house!

The place was comfortable and clean. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. It was close enough to get to and from the arena, downtown and my son's place. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. I would definitely recommend to anyone that plans to visit Lincoln, Nebraska.

Whitney was quick to respond to our needs/questions. House is simple but clean. Parking can be confusing in the back lot and street parking is limited in the evening. Overall met our needs. Would book again.

Perfect spot in the heart of Lincoln. Close to restaurants, university, and attractions. The space is wonderful and we felt right at home.

Place was very nice and centrally located to everything we needed. Huge bedrooms and lots of space. Host was very easy to deal with, communicated great. Only downside is how loud the street is at night (very busy road) but there were ear plugs in the nightstands if needed. Would definitely stay there again if the need arose!

Jane went above and beyond — and yes, that’s a cliche, but seriously — she did more than what I ever would have expected any host to do to make sure we enjoyed our getaway weekend. She was incredibly informative, helpful, and accommodating - I will be sure to book with her again when I return to Omaha!

We enjoyed staying here with our pup for an extended visit to Fremont. We were very comfortable, plus had easy access to town.
