It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. WiFi Internet, TV, two swimming pools (one exclusively for young children) and right outside your door, three beaches and the promenade 3 minutes away. You can telework from the terrace or inside. Located on ground floor, in a central residence (Paraiso Royal), in the heart of Playa De Las Americas; surrounded by shops, restaurants, bars, grocery stores and excursion/travel agencies. A 5-min walk to the beach, or you can chose the community pool, which is heated during winter time. It is located in the quiet part of the complex, so you will enjoy peaceful and relaxing nights.

Access via lift to sixth floor, beautiful sea view from the balcony, walking distance to all night life amenities and 5 min to the beach. You will be in the centre of popular area so prepare for sea breeze walks and sunsets. Only suits couples but we would accommodate extra beds for 2 kids. Not suitable for 4 adults. We are family friendly apartment. There is tennis court in the complex.

Beautiful open space, sea view and swimming pool in the heart of Las Americas, convenient to all amenities , fifty meters from the beach. You don't need to rent a car as you can easily reach everything on foot. The apartment is equipped with every comfort, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, hair dryer . From July 7 until the end of September 2025 there will be work to replace the elevator. ( the apartment is on the second floor) . I apologize for any inconvenience.
