Fabulous quiet penthouse with large terrace

This was our second stay at the apartment and it was just as good as the first. It's only a short walk to the lovely beaches and very close to 4 supermarkets, 2 with really good bread and pastries available, even on a Sunday. It's a 10 minutes drive from the airport and there are buses to various places within a 5 minutes walk. The view over to Tiede is fantastic and there is plenty of space inside and out to sit and enjoy the view. Only real downside is a 'yappy' dog who makes a lot of noise when it's owners are out, but shuts up when they are at home. Be aware that the apartment is on the 5th floor, but the lift only goes to the 4th floor, so there are stairs to climb for the last section. The kitchen is quite small, but is well equipped, and perfectly adequate for preparing meals. There is a microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine, fan oven with grill and a 4 ring halogen hob, and plenty of pans and utensils. Parking is challenging, but there are spaces a short walk away

We highly recommend this apartment to those looking for tranquility, silence and a privileged location, a stone's throw from one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. Access is convenient and without steps, directly from the parking lot, with a lot of privacy. The view of the beach and the Red Mountain is breathtaking at all hours. The apartment is located in a well-kept and quiet complex, with a lovely garden at the back. Shops easily accessible by car, lovely beach with lifeguards at set times. Elaine was always available and discreet. The bedroom is spacious, quiet, with fans and a large closet. The bathroom has a comfortable and accessible shower. The kitchen is large and well-equipped (even with an air fryer). The living room is cozy, perfect for relaxing after the sea. We look forward to coming back!
