Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Playa de Los Cristianos

Posizione perfetta, a 20 min dall’aeroporto Tenerife sud, e con una macchina arrivi ovunque. Zona tranquilla e vista mozzafiato. L’appartamento è uguale alle foto, e non ho mai visto una pulizia così impeccabile, neanche negli Hotel!

We had a lovely time time, we took our 3 children and there was plenty of space, they loved the dipping pool. It only took 10 mins to walk to Siam Park and the mall is at the bottom of the road which has a supermarket. Everything was as described and the views are amazing. When we come back to Tenerife we will definitely be staying here again. Thank you, we had a great stay.

Super logement. Nous avons été très bien accueilli. Belle vue et très paisible. la piscine est un gros plus. le logement et simplement mais joliement décoré. Au top. Merci!

Nous avons été très bien accueillies par Armando, qui nous a donné de bons conseils pour manger le soir de notre arrivée et sur les lieux à visiter. Armando est très souriant et avenant, prêt à aider si besoin. Le logement est magnifique, très propre, confortable, bien équipé, calme et la terrasse offre une belle vue sur el Teide! Merci beaucoup Armando pour notre court séjour à Santiago de Teide!

La villa est incroyable. Grande, belle, une vue exceptionnelle. Le jaccuzi face au coucher du soleil est un gros plus. Les hôtes nous ont donnés beaucoup de conseils, ils ont étaient prévenant, réactif aux messages. Tout était parfait. Je recommande vivement !

Liebe Andrés und Natasha, Danke das ihr dieses Traumhaus am Meer für Gäste zugänglich gemacht habt. Für uns das schönste Airbnb, das wir je hatten. Es ist ein wahres Schmuckstück, wunderschön eingerichtet und verfügt über hohe Räume mit spannendem Grundriss. Es ist direkt am Meer und leicht zu finden. Die verschiedenen Terrassen und Fensterfronten waren der Wahnsinn. So konnten wir beispielsweise unsere Kindern vom unteren Sitzplatz entspannt im Liegestuhl beim spielen am Strand zusehen. Alle Räume sind sehr inspirierend und das ständige Rauschen der Wellen hat uns sehr entspannt schlafen lassen. Die Aussicht aus dem Wohnzimmer und dem oberen Schlafzimmer ist einmalig und sehr romantisch. Alles war sehr sauber und die Betten sehr bequem. Bei diesen Umständen war es auch nicht schlimm, dass das WLAN ein paar mal ausgefallen war. (Ursache war Stromausfall im Ort/ Netzausfall in Teneriffa). Wow, this Villa exceeded our expectations, particularly the outside pool area, the clean bright patio and seating areas were very comfortable - it felt bigger than we imagined and the view was beautiful. We used the BBQ one evening as it was so chilled and peaceful here. The pool was also heated so was nice to sit late evening dipping our toes. The villa itself was very clean has a brand new modern feel about it, with all the amenities you could need. The location was great for us as it was set back so it was quiet, but only a 10min drive to most places. We did often walk down to front area around 30-40mins plenty of taxis around and it was cheap to get back. Nina was lovely and welcoming greeted us at the villa making check in easy; and gave us some lovely restaurant recommendations which we ate at and loved. We would and have already thoroughly recommend this villa to friends, and if we are back in Tenerife we would absolutely love to stay here. Thank you again.

Wonderful stay! The apartment is spacious, beautifully decorated, very clean, quiet, and well-equipped. The pool area is absolutely stunning and perfect for relaxing. While there isn’t much to do within walking distance, we were aware of that in advance and highly recommend renting a car to get around. That said, there’s a supermarket and a breakfast place nearby, which was very convenient.

✨ Die Wohnung war einfach großartig. Es gab Spielzeug für unser Kind, was uns sehr gefreut hat. Vom Balkon aus hatte man einen wunderschönen Blick – auf der einen Seite das Meer mit Schiffen und Musik, auf der anderen Seite die Stadt mit ihren Lichtern. Das Rauschen des Ozeans begleitete unsere Abende. Die Umgebung war sehr ruhig und die Nachbarn waren leise. Der Gastgeber war sehr aufmerksam und hat uns hilfreiche Informationen über die Umgebung gegeben. Für uns war dieser Urlaub einfach perfekt. Vielen Dank für alles! 🌊🌅

We had a fantastic stay! The location is unbeatable—right in front of Las Vistas, the best beach on the island. The view from the apartment is beautiful, and there are plenty of great restaurants just steps away. The host was super responsive, friendly, and made everything easy. Highly recommended!

Залишились дуже задоволені. Помешкання відповідало опису, знаходиться в пішій доступності від пляжів, на безкоштовному паркінгу можна було завжди знайти місце, щоб припаркувати авто. Прямо в житловому комплексі є кафе та ресторани де можна смачно поїсти та випити кави. Також поруч є супермаркети. Гарний вид з балкону. Єдиний мінус - це поганий інтернет (нестабільне зʼєднання та слабка швидкість), тому якщо комусь важливий інтернет, то подбайте про мобільний інтернет.

Квартира в целом нам понравилась.Плюсы:Обалденный вид с балкона, так как квартира находится на холме.Квартира чистая,просторная ,без запаха.На кухне есть все необходимое для приготовления пищи.Район тихий ,спали с открытым окном.В начале мая было не жарко ,температура воды в океане 22,температура воздуха 23 градуса. Кондиционера в квартире нет,если кому-то принципиально. До супермаркета Mercadona идти 15 минут,там есть все необходимое. Минусы:Квартира находиться на холме , спускаться и подниматься с пляжа по ступенькам постоянно нам не понравилось(довольно таки крутой наклон).С парковкой возле комплекса проблема,почти всегда нет мест,если повезёт то находили ниже на соседних улицах, потом опять же подниматься по ступенькам.Об этих нюансах хозяин пишет в описании квартиры и мы знали о них,но в реальности нас это утомляло. Эмоции от отдыха в этой квартире остались положительные.Спасибо большое хозяину квартиры.

Great apartment. The view is amazing and Olga was really helpful and help as beyond expectations. In the apartment is everything. What we needed for us. Close to the beach and easy to get there. One small minus was the bed. Little bit hard for us.

beautiful apartment, beautiful view, very private pool, lovely hosts who picked us up from airport, nice beds, spacious living room with massive tv for chilling after long days and very very quiet. if youre looking for a chilled out private holiday with no complications, this apartment is perfect also walking distance to everywhere with some hills on the way back but I hired a car so didn't really experience that too much. definitely would recommend to anyone 👌 thanks

L’alloggio corrisponde alla descrizione, é un monolocale con tutte le esigenze del caso, non manca davvero nulla. Christian é un host davvero molto gentile e disponibile.

Sandra was a great host. We got in late and she was very accommodating and stayed up to let us in and show us around the place. It was beautiful like the pictures and had a great pool with a bar and lots of seating. The karaoke got loud sometimes at night but Sandra had an awesome sound machine that let us sleep well. She was very sweet, responsive, and made us feel right at home. We had an amazing stay and would definitely come here again!

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento per una settimana e ne sono rimasta davvero soddisfatta. La posizione è ottima: a pochi passi dal mare, in una zona tranquilla ma comoda a tutto. È stato facile muoversi a piedi e trovare parcheggio non è mai stato un problema. A poca distanza c’è anche un supermercato ben fornito, molto comodo per la quotidianità. Il residence è pulitissimo, silenzioso e ben curato, così come l’appartamento: impeccabilmente pulito, profumato e dotato di ogni comfort. C’era davvero tutto il necessario, e anche di più – dalla cucina super attrezzata agli accessori per la pulizia, lavanderia, asse e ferro da stiro, ecc. Un grande punto a favore è stata la disponibilità dell’host, super gentile. Ci ha anche fatto trovare un utilissimo book con itinerari consigliati, luoghi da visitare, spiagge e ristoranti della zona: un gesto davvero apprezzato, e non scontato. Consiglio!

We have just returned from a week staying at this property. From initial enquiry - check out Ruth was very friendly , helpful and available if needed. Ahead of going we received clear video instructions for collecting the key / entering the property and information about the apartment itself. As well as links to local attractions/ restaurants. The apartment was in a quiet neighborhood with views of the mountain. It was a clean place with all the things you would need for a stay. Even little pots of olive oil which came in very handy ! The building has a lift which is very helpful especially with cases. Ruth recommended we took a taxi to the apartment as it's a bit hard going with cases. We took a bus and she was right it was a bit of a hill arriving but the bus stop is just a few mins away which is very convenient from the airport. It also was only 10-15 mins walk to the beach / shops and restaurants. We also particularly enjoyed the restaurant "k-vegan" which was local !

Our stay was lovely. We had a small issue with a leaking Kettle and Gabriella replaced this straight away with no issue. Garbriella as host was very helpful and very attentive. Would definitely recommend this lovely apartment. ❤️

Die Unterkunft ist genau wie beschrieben! Einfach top! Grandiose Aussicht, wunderschöne Einrichtung und sehr ruhig. Der Check-In war unkompliziert und die Kommunikation mit Migle war äußerst höflich und schnelle Reaktionen. Wir würden das immer weiterempfehlen und kommen immer gerne wieder. 😊

I had a lovely stay at this property in Playa de las Américas. The location was perfect – close to the beach, shops, restaurants, and everything else you might need. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and just as described in the listing. Communication with the host was easy and they were always helpful and responsive. It was a great base for exploring the area and I’d happily stay again. Highly recommended!

Buongiorno ! Io e mio marito abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare nell'appartamento del Sig. Vidal per 12 giorni a fine aprile. L'alloggio l'abbiamo trovato molto moderno, pulito , ordinato e funzionale. E' attrezzato di tutte le comodità. La posizione è ottima perchè in 10 minuti a piedi si raggiungono tutti i servizi ed il lungomare. Inoltre molto comodo il garage per l'auto noleggiata e la possibilità di utilizzare la piscina. Anche il condominio molto pulito e tranquillo, abitato da persone tranquille. Inoltre il Sig. Vidal è sempre stato attento e disponibile alle nostre richieste di informazioni. Grazie di cuore per aver reso la nostra vacanza ancora più piacevole del previsto. Insomma questo alloggio è consigliatissimo !!!! Mary Cerbone
