The apartment had a stunning view, was spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Parking was easy and hassle-free. There was a beautiful beach nearby, which made the location even more perfect. Communication with the host was clear and smooth – he even gave us great restaurant recommendations. The accommodation was ideal for the trip to Tenerife. The hosts always responded quickly to questions and made the stay very pleasant. The apartment matches the pictures and the pool was also very clean!

Javier was hands down one of the best hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure to stay with. He‘s always quick to reply, caring, friendly and just such a positive person. His apartment features an unmatchable view, basically straight from heaven - you wake up and fall in love with what you see. I‘m also in love with the small details like binoculars to enjoy the view even more. Javier even messages us around the time of arrival, welcoming us, which I think is a really kind gesture and shows that he’s indeed a caring host! He was also quick to provide us some restaurant recommendations :) Parking is totally fine, you park on the street in front of the building - walking distance is between 2-5 minutes depending on how lucky you got while looking for a parking spot. Last but not least, we were also offered to check out late, which perfectly matched our plans :) We’ll 100% come back and stay here again, thank you so much Javier!

Very quiet, large apartment with quiet neighbors, fast WiFi, absolutely clean and conveniently furnished.

We had a fantastic stay! The location is unbeatable—right in front of Las Vistas, the best beach on the island. The view from the apartment is beautiful, and there are plenty of great restaurants just steps away. The host was super responsive, friendly, and made everything easy. Highly recommended!

I rented Ilona’s place for my mom who stayed there for 2weeks so this is what my mom said. Everything was very clean and nice, she loved that the area is not crazy touristy and it’s more quiet. She enjoyed the pool and all the things close to the condo. She loved it and now wants to go back to same place next year for 3weeks. Highly recommend for people who like more private and quiet! This location was perfect, especially if you're not a fan of burger bars and full English breakfast. Very traditional and unspoilt. The sound of the waves was wonderful. The apartment had everything you need, the fans were great. Bed is huge and very comfortable. Everything good quality. Local restaurants were amazing but, didn't get to try them all but we will definitely return to this resort and this place. We hired a car for the week and had no problems parking. But we said next time, we won't bother as we intend to have a more chilling week and sample the great eating places and go for walks. Thank you so much

Absolutely perfect . Great location , Andrii always helpful and an issue with air con rectified immediately ( thank you Jean). Will definitely revisit . Restaurants were good with El Delfin great and Romantica very good paella . The Italian La Parma good as well .

A beautiful house with excellent conditions, very close to the ocean, stunning views, a good restaurant nearby, the host is responsive and easy to communicate with — we are very happy with our stay and would gladly come back.

The apartment from Natalia & John was great! Within walking distance from good restaurants, supermarkets and the beach. So very central but in a quiet neighbourhood. Everything we could think of was there; beach umbrellas and chairs included. They allowed us to do a late check out which was very nice. We very much recommend this house in Alcala if you want to explore Tenerife and you don’t like the big resorts and the very touristic places like los cristianos.

Wow, this Villa exceeded our expectations, particularly the outside pool area, the clean bright patio and seating areas were very comfortable - it felt bigger than we imagined and the view was beautiful. We used the BBQ one evening as it was so chilled and peaceful here. The pool was also heated so was nice to sit late evening dipping our toes. The villa itself was very clean has a brand new modern feel about it, with all the amenities you could need. The location was great for us as it was set back so it was quiet, but only a 10min drive to most places. We did often walk down to front area around 30-40mins plenty of taxis around and it was cheap to get back. Nina was lovely and welcoming greeted us at the villa making check in easy; and gave us some lovely restaurant recommendations which we ate at and loved. We would and have already thoroughly recommend this villa to friends, and if we are back in Tenerife we would absolutely love to stay here. Thank you again.

Fab apartment with a lovely quiet communal pool. Hire car is recommended loads of places to visit perfect for golfers and non golfers.

I stayed at this apartment in Tenerife for 5 nights and had a great experience. The beds were really comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep after busy days exploring. The location was perfect – close to everything we needed, with shops, restaurants, and the beach all within easy reach. One of the highlights was the massive pool – plenty of space to relax and never felt overcrowded. Overall, a great place to stay and I’d definitely recommend it!

We chose the apartment for its area and view. The sunset from the balcony every evening is absolutely stunning. The apartment is small but has everything it needs, we didn’t miss anything. We stayed here for 2 weeks and felt like home :) The pool is very clean. Excellent location. There’s a shop right downstairs and many others in the area.

Apartamento espectacular!

Very well located apartment in Los Cristianos, near the port and Las Vistas beach. Very easy free parking. Plenty of shops nearby. Clean and functional apartment. Beware of people sensitive to noise, no double glazing or very busy street. Very good communication, Barbara is very responsive🙂.

Pablo and Ena’s apartment was absolutely perfect. Very easy to find and access. Beautifully decorated and so clean and tidy. It’s situated 2 mins from a small supermarket and 5 mins to a larger one just around the corner. Very easy 8/10 mins stroll to many restaurants and bars! The pool area has plenty of sun beds. Was very quiet there too, very relaxing. There is a taxi rank just at the bottom of the road where we can get a taxi to the airport(30 euro). Thank you Pablo and Ena especially for our lovely note, very sweet of you. 😌 We will return one day!

Good location, beautiful and quiet, but at the same time close to everything you need. The view from the balcony is perfect! Clean and cozy apartment with everything you need. Nice and responsive hostess.

Lovely flat in a peaceful area right by the beach, comfortably furnished and well-equipped. There’s a scenic coastal trail just next to the flat that’s perfect for watching the sunrise. Although there was some construction nearby, it wasn’t disruptive at all. Laura was a wonderful host—very welcoming and checked in multiple times to see if I needed anything. The only minor drawback is that, being on the ground floor, the flat doesn’t get a lot of natural light. However, it’s not a big issue, especially if you keep the window open.

Very nice, clean, well-equipped and quiet accommodation in a great location. Good starting point for a variety of activities, whether beach or active holidays. Flexible check-in or out. Migle is very friendly, helpful and easy to reach. Everything is tip-top, I'd love to come back!
