This has been our occasional rest retreat and now we're starting to rent it out for the first time, after renovating it. It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. WiFi Internet, TV, two swimming pools (one exclusively for young children) and right outside your door, three beaches and the promenade 3 minutes away. You can telework from the terrace or inside. Peace reigns here.

Very well located apartment, new, newly renovated, just 10 minutes walking from the beach. Terrace with very good views. One double bedroom and sofa bed in the living room. Wiffi, electricity and water included. No elevator, stairs to the third floor. The apartment is with everything needed to be inhabited. Bedroom, kitchen and bathroom are provided with everything.
