Ich bin eine uralte Finca Rustica im neuen Kleid und wohne auf 550 Metern über dem Meer in Icod de los Vinos im grünen Norden der Insel. Hinter mir sehe ich den majestätischen Vulkan Teide, vor mir liegt der weite Atlantik. Hier zu leben muss man erfahren. Durch den weiten Blick aufs Meer und Icod stellt sich sofort ein erhabenes Gefühl und innere Ruhe ein. Der Norden ist wetterfreudig und spannend und von hier aus wunderbar zu beobachten.

The cozy apartment “Merlín 1.1” is located in Playa de San Juan, a charming village in Tenerife, and it impresses guests with its excellent location right in front of the beach. It consists of a living room, 2 bedrooms (one with a bunk bed for 2 people, one with a kingsize bed), as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and a washing machine.

The white and blue fisherman-style apartment on the fifth floor (WITHOUT ELEVATOR), is newly refurbished, near the harbour, old town and beach. There is a free big park place only 5 minutes walk from the apartment, " Parking el Muelle ".
