Beachfront holiday rental in Playa San Juan

Thank you so much for your kindness The apartment is perfectly located, close to the sea and to the city, calm too It is also perfectly equipped and clean Maybe the design of bathroom and kitchen could be more modern The only problem is the sound with the apartment of above where the owner lives, we can hear absolutely everything happening : child running right from the morning, noises in general and even dog if left alone and voices sometimes The house may be not soundproof between the 2 floors ….

From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and easy. The apartment was calm, clean, and incredibly relaxing. We loved the warm pool, the quiet atmosphere, and the convenience of having parking. It felt like a peaceful retreat in a great location. Would definitely stay again!

The stay exceeded my expectations: the communication with the host was quick and very friendly, the location is unbeatable (close to everything and in a quiet neighborhood) and the house is spotless: clean, well equipped and very comfortable. I would definitely come back and recommend it 100%!

Although the van was quite old and a bit noisy, it did its job very well and we managed to get around the whole island without a hitch. Andrei was very kind and helpful. We recommend it for an authentic adventure in Tenerife!

The accommodation looks even better than in the pictures, really magical! Rarely have we stayed in a place with so much attention to detail! Super clean and also equipped with everything! Javier himself is super supportive and was immediately available, even in the evening - thank you!

We were met with a very warm welcome by the hostess when we arrived at this great place situated in a very nice secure apartment community. The apartment itself is exactly as described. The place is spotlessly clean, has been renovated recently and has everything in it you would ever need, a real ‘home from home’. Location is excellent, spar supermarket only 1 minute walk, plenty restaurants and beaches only a few more minutes away. The communal pool was great with many beds always available. The hosts are great, previously mentioned the warm welcome when we arrived and also the communication and flexibility from Miguel throughout has been excellent. Excellent accompaniment and hosts, thank you for our stay, we have already recommended to other family members.

We had the pleasure of staying at Xavier’s little paradise. If you’re looking for a place where you can find peace and be surrounded by beautiful tropical flora, book this place! The house is very comfortable, with a good mattress and pillows, and everything you need to prepare nice meals. Xavier is an excellent and extremely kind host. We’ll definitely book this place again!

I booked this house for a week with my family and we enjoyed it so much. The house itself is great and the view is just stunning! My kids LOVE jumping into the pool and jacuzzi! It’s also super easy to go explore the island as the highway is 5 min away. We went to Los Cristianos, puerto de la Cruz and Santa Cruz. There is a little path that leads to the beach down the cliff…a bit hard for kids but did it as a “trail” and reached the beach in less than 10min! Definitely recommend if you went to spend some quality time in Tenerife!

An excellent solution that combines relaxation and tranquility with the possibility of driving to the most beautiful destinations in Tenerife. The house is a dream, with a breathtaking view of the ocean and the cliffs of Los Gigantes. The pool, not exclusive, also super appreciated! Super recommended!

Smooth check-in , wonderful host and a perfect place!

This place has an amazing view, and It is right in front of the “Los Gigantes” . There are restaurants and grocery stores nearby in walking distance. We experienced some difficulties finding street parking during weekends because host mentioned May is not as busy, so a parking in the building was not provided as indicated in the post. Another item is the shower drain is slow, despite trying to clean all the hairs. At the end of stay (starting 5th day), we do need to stop water a couple of times during each shower to prevent water overflow. If you are coming during peak seasons, pay attentions on these details.

If you want to support sustainable tourism this island, this accommodation is the place to be! The finca is furnished with a lot of style and attention to detail, everything is very well maintained and thought out. We were particularly impressed by the daily service with fresh bananas and vegetables from the garden – just great! The finca consists of several apartments, yet you have your private garden and enjoy an absolutely quiet, relaxing environment. For families with small children (ours are 2 and 4 years old), the grounds are ideal – plenty of space to play and discover. The proximity to the beach is also fantastic, including breathtaking sunsets. A wonderful place to experience the beauty of Tenerife in peace and harmony with nature – absolutely recommended!

I had a fantastic stay in Tenerife! The apartment was just perfect — clean, stylish, and very comfortable with amazing view on the cliffs . It had everything I needed for a relaxing time, and the location was excellent — close to cafes, shops, and public transport, but still quiet and peaceful.
