Beachfront holiday rental in Playa Vista, Los Angeles

Kathryn is super thoughtful! The bottle of wine was a really nice touch. Loved the beach bag stocked with anything and everything you might need. The Neighbors are fabulous got to know them and their pets. Everyone was super friendly and kind. The area was fantastic with the beach and restaurants so close by. Great peaceful stay!

It was an amazing stay! Alan made sure we got settled in comfortably. He made sure we had everything we needed and gave us recommendations where to find food. He also let me borrow his fan to sleep because I can not sleep with out a fan and he checked in while we were there making sure we were having a Great Time! The place is in a perfect spot and offered everything and more to make our stay PERFECT!! I am ready to go back already!! Thank you all for making this vacation the best it could be!!!

Beautiful property and location, location, location. Easy walk or very short drive to Belmont shore restaurants, amazing beaches, and the Long Beach waterfront. So much to do! The property is well appointed and comfortable...had what we needed for cooking etc.

I absolutely loved my two day stay at this Airbnb! The location couldn’t be more perfect, just a block from the beach, which made for the most soothing and peaceful morning walks along the strand. It was the ideal way to start each day. The home is nestled right between Manhattan Beach and downtown El Segundo, so you're just minutes from some of the best coffee shops, restaurants, and little local gems in either direction. The space itself was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The bed deserves a special shoutout, so many soft, plush pillows and a super comfy mattress made it feel like I was sleeping on a cloud. I truly slept like a baby every night. Highly recommend this place!

What an adventure! Was so great waking up to the sounds of the ocean! Sadly, I got sick during my stay so I didn’t get to stay the whole time, but it was so much fun!

Don't stay in one of the overpriced hotels in the area. This gem of an apartment was so much more roomier and more comfortable! Lots of thoughtful touches throughout, like places to plug in chargers, and hooks just where I wanted to hang my towel.

Thanks for a wonderful stay, the place was perfect for us, with our own bathrooms and fantastic location! Thank you for having us. And the two parking spaces in the garage were a huge help.

A great finale to our vacation. The place was beautiful, and there was a stack of kid games my children made a bee line for!

Nice place - in line with the description. Having a parking spot secured is a big plus. The flat by itself is very nice and well equipped..nothing is missing to have a pleasant stay. Plublic Transportation is at the corner of the bloc - will get you to Santa Monica pier in roughly 30mn. Then from there - metro rail is available to get you anywhere in LA Overall I recommend this place - and furthermore Alisa has been great to communicate with.

We had a great stay. It's close to the airport and close to UCLA which is exactly what we needed. The Venice Canals and beach are walking distance and a beautiful walk.

The views are wonderful and walking around the marina is pretty. The condo is spotless. Claudia was extremely responsive throughout the rental. I see why she is Superhost. It was winter so we didn’t use the pool, but the pool area and close-by patio area with hot tub are nice. Whole Foods in Venice is great and close by, as is Costco, so we had many meals at ‘home.’ A few cons: there is no bedroom. It is a studio. No fluffy white towels in bathroom as shown. Can’t use the small balcony. Finally - not a reflection on the host at all, but the building has shared water and morning showers were not always hot. Evening showers were fine. A nice place if you want a home base away from downtown in a pretty area.

I absolutely loved this Airbnb! The 2 bed, 2 bath setup was perfect. The couches were super comfortable, and the view of the beach from the balcony was stunning. There was plenty to do in the area, yet it still felt peaceful and relaxing. You really can’t beat the location—just minutes from the Long Beach Aquarium and close to everything we needed. Hands down, one of my favorite Airbnbs ever!

We had a great stay at Jack's place. Very comfortable, plenty of room for me and my long-time friend, and great location to walk/run many places. The space was very clean and conveniently-located for our Long Beach visit. Jack was very responsive and helpful!

The place was close to lots of activities and restaurants all In walking distance. Having a balcony was great. The place was very clean and nice. The host was very nice.

Our stay was special, everything was absolutely PERFECT: the house was amazing, everything was super clean, the ocean breeze coming from the windows was spectacular and the bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on! Ami was just the perfect host too: very friendly and reactive, she gave us detailed and clear instructions. I would definetely recommend this place, can't wait to come back next time I will be in Long Beach!

This place was exactly what I needed. The location was perfect. I loved the way the set up was one huge king size bed in the master, which was a very spacious room with a huge closet and the other room had two full-size beds. The kitchen came stopped the bathrooms had shampoo and conditioner. They did such a great job. Thinking of all of the details to make this day extremely perfect I hope to be back again very soon.

The place is in a great spot. Walkable to the beach and restaurants. If you’re a super early sleeper there’s some noise from the nearby restaurants and bars. But they really quiet down at a reasonable time. We had no issues. The parking spot as we understood it won’t fit a full size suv width wise. There should be street parking. But double check with the host of you have a big car. The bed was a bit soft for me but every one prefers different mattresses. Great host. Very responsive.

We had a wonderful stay at Jessica's condo, just a few minutes' walk from Venice Beach. The sea breeze through the open windows was a perfect touch. The home was comfortable and well-designed. Being within walking distance of great restaurants and having a dedicated parking spot made everything easy. Jessica was a gracious, understanding, and responsive host. Highly recommend.

Thank you Phil! I grew up in Los Angeles. A lot has changed in this neighborhood since 2008. Pros: 1. Great walking score! (beach city parking can always be stressful just don’t even bring a vehicle) 2. You can see the ocean/sunset from the side walk (less than 5 min walk to the actually sandy beach) 3. Great restaurants, hot yoga classes, small grocery store, bike rental, laundry all within a 15 min walk—to name a few things. 4. Clean/well stocked. 5. Host lives upstairs in a separate unit, same building and you get tons of privacy. 6. Convenient Gas Station (1 minute walk) 7. Comfortable King Size Mattress, clean bedding with no clutter of throw pillows 8. Peaceful- despite being near a gas station and busy main street. Cons: 1. Parking ( don’t bring a large vehicle, leave your car at home and just Uber). 2. None. You won’t want to be cooped up in the Airbnb you can walk to the beach… enjoy a sunset, have a beach picnic, the possibilities are endless.
