The spacious apartment is located in the basement of our house with a separate entrance. The house is located on a low-traffic street in a residential area. The area is therefore very quiet. From here you can wonderfully explore the cycling and hiking trails of Wöllstein and the surrounding area. The cities of Bad Kreuznach and Alzey are each only 15 minutes away. Via the good highway connection A61/A60/A63 you can also get to the Rhine/Main area quite quickly.

There is no Wi-Fi in the apartment - but the fiber optic cable for the Internet is already installed. Think positive, just put your phone aside and do other stuff. :)

In the heart of Bad Kreuznach-Planig you can spend a relaxing time in our cozy apartment. It can accommodate up to 4 people. In total, there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed (180 × 200). Baby/toddler utensils can be provided free of charge. In the framed courtyard is the parking space and access to the apartment (barrier-free). A bus stop is within walking distance in 3 minutes.

Apartment in a rural area in a beautiful wine-growing landscape. Wonderful for relaxing, for beautiful hikes through forests and vineyards. The "Hiwwelrouten" are particularly recommended.
