Hruška is the largest of the cottages, the bedroom upstairs is complemented by another sleeping loft, which children will love. Generous open space, larch, birch, a proper kitchen with a fireplace and a terrace, what more do you need… The cottage is ideal for a 4-member family, but it can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. We built the cottages with love, with an emphasis on minimalist modern design, in harmony with nature. Located above the beautiful Šumava valley. Come and enjoy the comfort and tranquility with a magnificent view of the surrounding hills.

Quercus house

This charming historical farmhouse is located in the heart of a picturesque village, offering an authentic countryside experience. Nestled among rolling hills and situated at the edge of the enchanting Bohemian Forest, it provides a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature. Whether you seek relaxation or adventure, the area is perfect for scenic walks, cycling, and exploring the rich history and traditions of the region. Cozy cottage retreat - Zhorec by Bezdruzice

The cottage accommodates 10 (up to 14) guests and is located in the peaceful village of Zhořec near Bezdružice, offering a perfect place to relax and spend time with family or friends. It features a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, two bathrooms, two double rooms with extra beds, a family room for four, and a cozy attic sleeping area for another four guests. A spacious garden invites relaxation and outdoor activities, while farm animals add to the authentic countryside atmosphere.

Welcome to the workshop. A former railway building reinterpreted. The boutique loft, with its modern design and curated art, is a place to relax and feel at ease, with space for 2-6 people. It's the perfect base for activities such as hiking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing and skiing. Enjoy the Drachensee for swimming and the golf course with breathtaking views. Excursion destinations such as the batwish, wild garden and rock slopes are in the immediate vicinity.

Welcome to our family-run holiday home, Luxury Chalet Lore, in the officially recognized resort of Fuchsmühl in the Fichtel Mountains (Bavaria). Leave your everyday life behind and enjoy the pleasant tranquility, the scent of wood, the soft light, and the crackling fireplace. Or relax in the private gym, the infrared sauna, or the garden whirlpool. The outdoor area is still under construction, therefore a special price applies for the time being.

Tiny house in the Upper Palatinate Forest

Our tiny house is located on a corner of our small farm. Set in an idyllic location, it allows you to unwind. There is space for four people (possibly 5 with children; just ask us), a kitchen (electric stove, oven, Nespresso machine), and a bathroom. Stylish and modern apartment in a quiet part of Rozvadov, just 150 meters from King's Resort. Ideal for business trips and leisure stays. The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 3 guests, high-speed Wi-Fi, and free parking right by the building. Thanks to self-service check-in, you can arrive anytime after 3:00 PM. We also offer our guests a 20% discount on taxi services in Rozvadov.

Zetzl - Apollofalter vacation home

Enjoy the curved landscape of the Upper Palatinate, the good air, the friendly people and visit, for example, King's Casino in Rozvadov, just 9 kilometers away, during your stay. The Zetzl guest house was once a customs house on the ancient trade route from Nuremberg to Prague. Today, Pfrentsch is quietly and idyllically situated in a charming landscape - ideal for strolling, walking, hiking and cycling.

Light and air - Artist's house for nature lovers

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
