Inside, a large 160cm bed with memory of shape and nights without a sound. A small fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub. The house, surrounded by wooded and flowered grounds, is located in the center of the charming village of Néant sur Yvel, heart of Brocéliande. You will enjoy the tranquility of the place while enjoying the proximity to the bakery and restaurants.

Charming little quiet house

My house is very nice, quiet, with a large garden facing west. A living room-kitchen on the ground floor with a sofa that converts into a bed for the brave. A large room on the 1st floor, with a piano, in which I give Yoga classes, also equipped with a very comfortable sofa bed, and 2 small bedrooms on the 2nd floor. 2 good places to park. The garden is a little wild, but if you look carefully you will find strawberries, raspberries or grapes!
