The newly renovated apartment is centrally located in the rose city of Eutin, 50 meters next to the water tower. 200 meters to the Great Eutiner See. In 5 minutes you can walk to the market square. Surrounded by the idyllic Holstein Switzerland and a beautiful lake landscape, it is an ideal starting point for excursions into the idyllic surroundings. It is about 20 minutes by car to the Baltic Sea. Lübeck, Kiel and HH are easily accessible. Parking in front of the house is possible.

Holiday home on a large plot

Start your hikes by bike or on foot directly from the house, or take a canoe trip on Lake Plön. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the natural grounds. The large, fenced property offers opportunities for outdoor games or table tennis, as well as quiet relaxation. In the evenings, you can spend time in front of the fireplace. The living and dining rooms are separate. The property is not directly on the lake; the walk to Lake Plön takes 5 minutes and leads you through our small village.

Our restaurant "Hof Bissee" with regional cuisine and breakfast (5 min walk).

Our apartment is on the lower ground floor of an old building, is very bright and friendly and not stuffy due to the thick walls even on the hottest summer days. In the garden you can enjoy a wonderful sunny breakfast or end a nice day at the beach with a glass of wine. Our house is located on the edge of the forest between two lakes, each of which is approx. 5-7 minutes' walk, the city center is about 20 minutes' walk, the Baltic Sea is about 25 minutes by car.

In this apartment, you can start your vacation with a relaxed lake view from day one. For excursions into nature, you can ride your bike from the front door. If you like, you can barbecue directly on your own lake or go paddling with the SUP or paddle boat you brought with you. Our private lake has no "paddleable" connection to other lakes. On the TV, you can log in with your own Netflix & Co. account. You can reach Timmendorfer Strand in 30 minutes.

Your home is located in the souterrain of our DHH, which is a house built on a slope and the apartment runs to the back on the ground floor. So you still have natural light. The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is on level ground and has its own entrance. It has its own terrace and is located to the south side of the house. The rooms are furnished with antique furniture. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge. The bathroom has a large corner bath and a double sink.
